I really liked this plot line and ha e always wanted to see it again. Thanks for sharing. Question: did Luke make the sword do magic that push DG out the window? There is the briefest flash of special effect, or is it just a reflection....

@stevenspar Special effect? Hmm.. I never noticed. They are playing with Luke being kind of psychic during this time... figured it was just his thoughts that make the guy plunge out the window.... but it's art.. interpretable I suppose.

Didn't watch this first time through. Graduated from HS in '82, got a summer job and then straight to college. And Genie wasn't on the show, and as I had always related to GH through Laura's eyes, I lost interest. Not to mention it really chapped my hide how they tried to force Demi Moore down our necks as Genie's replacement. (no offense to Ms. Moore, of course, just to those particular circumstances.)

OMG it's Emma Lutz!!! Sitting at the bar! I haven't seen her in almost thirty years! I loved Emma, and Charlie the cab driver at the docks... Luke had the coolest friends. and Laura Templeton's dress! omg. Dan and Ruby hanging out, so sweet... I also remember DG falling through the window. I found this whole story to be embarrassing and senseless. They needed a sort-of Cassadine story but not one that had any real depth to it, so it didnt eat up the show. Sigh.

D.. that is why I only posted one 83 clip a night.. because I wanted to watch it together too.. but I was trying to keep everyone around by giving them a little of 83 while I posted DG.. yes only a couple more clips left... but there is some stuff missing I have to try to get a hold of to really finish this right some time in the future.
