IF you have a Sugar glider and you think he needs something new just go to the dollar store and buy something. I know my sugar glider has an oven mitt to sleep in he really likes it. And I also got him a ball that he likes to roll around. These items I got at a dollar store.

I had a glider lose her foot because of a sock. Their sharp claws on their toes can get caught in the threads and tangled. I didn't even notice until it was too late and she needed her entire foot removed due to loss of circulation. Fleece pouches are best for them

I WOULDN"T recomend a water bottle like she says, cuz plastic grows bacteria and the little metal ball tube thing holds bacterial, the things i got from the experienced breeders i bought mine from, provided a glass waterer for 3 dollers :) and they work great!

where are you loacted?. but first of all they need a lot of care. and They cost 125 dollars. :)

Head to GliderCentral. Then find yourself a good breeder. On GliderCentral you can find a breeder near you. ALWAYS get at least 2 gliders. Pick a recommended diet (I use HPW because it is easy to make). Make sure you get a big cage (you can find out about good cages on GC). Make sure sugar gliders are right for you and you have a lot of time to spend with them! (at least 2 hours each night). They are not easy to care for but they are worth it if you have done lots of research and are prepared!

sugar gliders love apple tree branches! just be sure that there are no harmful chemicals and such of course/ but yes, the gliders will love to chew those branches! ^.^

my boys had the stealth wheel, they now have a wodent wheel ( i really wanted the pink one but i got blue :( ) the stealth wheel will set you back about £40-50 80-100 dollars my wodent wheel was only £14/ 28 dollars you can get them with a stand or a clip that attaches it to the cage and trim trax which are nail files that go inside the wheel. they prefer the wodent wheel because it isnt open at the front, and they go on it for longer. my boys have 8 fleece pouches that i rotate and clean xx

Your baby should be fine for a week without a wheel, but make sure you take him/her out for playtime in a tent or glider-proof room for a couple hours every night to make sure he/she does not get bored or stressed. Be sure to get a glider safe wheel as well. Wodent wheels and Stealth wheels are the best! ^.^

Fleece pouches are best and wood boxes from petco/petsmart are fun if you keep feces in check (throwing them away when they become bad) if you put eucalyptus leaves in the cage they will nest them in the box which is fun to watch :D see your glider carry leaves with their tails!

Stealth wheels are more expensive but definitely worth it! My girls love their Stealth wheel ^.^ They are big and very very quiet and the gliders can cling to them and flip upside down ^.^
