    I'd honestly stay away from that stuff... FORGET what any of those people told you at GNC. They probably are just looking to make a sale. It most likely wont kill you, but it MIGHT harm you in one way or another. Why risk it? Besides, you're 15 years old. Enjoy it bro, wont last forever. I'm 20 now and let me tell you. Use that time you got to refine your nutrition and get a great workout plan going/continue. Wait till you're 18. But hey... you can do whatever THE FUCK you wanna do!!!

Ive heard Whey protien isolate hydrolized is bad protien and Ive heard it was good protein from several different sources and I wanted to know what do you think about it? Does it matter? Ive heard hydrolyzed whey isolate was bad you need unhydrolized and then I heard you need hydrolized.. Im confused I dont wana waste my time if im takin the wrong stuff

  • OK BROTHERS this subject needs more scientific explanation. CREATIN was long time considered as dangerous as mixed with the word creatinine which is not the same thing. CREATIN is very positive and natural for health, works against alzheimer too, helps the concentration of older people, and muscle integrity of older people. The problem for bodybuilders is how to get the vreatine to the muscles. Taking creatin is easy, but if it is not transported to muscle it's of NO VALUE.

  • @Xeando I have 65 and train since I was 16, but I took bodybuilding as a good way to do sports and create an athletic body, I never wanted to be BIG. Bench press max was 90 kg, Biceops curl max was 42 kg, shoulder smith mashine press 55 kg, squat 90 kg, leg press 150 kg. Never ever more weight. Now in age 65 bnech press 55 kg 10 reps, Biceos 32 kg 10 reps, shoulders 45 kg 10 reps, leg press 120 kg but BROTEHRS advise I do at least 15 reps!! You know now who I am... :)))

  • i disagree. buying whey protein is much cheaper than buying the same amount of protein in meat form. you could replace some meat with a protein shake or two a day and you'd save money. creatine is dirt cheap but i think the effects from protein powder are definitley higher

    Yes, but it’s very impractical. This is because foods like red meat that contain creatine only have very small amounts. For example, a pound of raw steak contains about 0.9 grams of creatine. So if you wanted to get 10 grams of creatine per day you would have to eat 10 pounds of steak (preferably raw!). The fat content of the steak would cause severe weight gains as well.

    During exercise your heart enlarges to allow more blood to pass through the ventricles to reach the muscles. However it returns to it's normal size and makes your heart more efficient at pumping blood. Creatine allows for longer lifting periods than normal and the body rejects the need for a reduction as it feels that it is capable to continue.   • @mikenyesi123 yes you will lose most of the atp, or water. meaning you will be smaller, though bigger than what you were before most likely since creatine helps you increase reps/strength! meaning you tear up some more muscle fibers, thus there's more to repair/grow (in theory)
