@joebowie That's really cool man. I'd love for something like that to fall in my lap but all we got here in the Triangle is a small Indie Rock and Dance scene so my original work kind of gets lost in the mesh. Plus finding a manager that isn't all about making a name for himself/herself is a bit of a task so I have to balance it out on my own. I'd really like to pick your brain more if you don't mind. I'm sure you have some really awesome stories to tell. =) Is your e-mail on your website?
Loved you're work on the game. I'm a graduate out of Living Arts College in NC and my whole life is studio engineering and song writing (not to mention I'm a huge fan of the games and Akira's compositions) so I have to ask; how did you land such an awesome gig?
Hey Everybody! I have just released my new album 'Unhinged' which is inspired by great games such as the Silent Hill series. You can stream or download the full album for free on my youtube channel!
Thanks for posting this and letting us see a part of the process, it's awesome. :)) I like how she improvises the song and her randomness and voice, especially in part 2. xD And I love the lyrics and your style is very artistic like a painter or a director or something and a great bass voice. :D McGlynn quite ruled you in there but you all rock! xD
Wow thats really awesome... I love the vocal songs in Silent Hill so much. I notice the version of "Acceptance" in this video has a lot more beats then the final version does... and raw piano, too. I like this version of it a lot...the drum beat is a nice touch o:
Actually the piece is called "[The] Moonlight Sonata" and its original title was Quasi una fantasia ("Almost a fantasy") and also "Mondschein Sonate" in German though that's an unofficial title, both "unofficial" titles but more prevalent than the original. And it was composed by Beethoven not Mozart. I'm saying it with an attitude or something, just so you know. Sorry for the off-topic - I had to correct it. xD But yeah it quite resembles that in style.
Thank you very much for this documentary! It's really great to see how these songs come to life and feel this friendly atmosphere of your recording sessions. :)
Excellent!! You should've done this since SH3!!! It would be awesome to have a DVD with all those sessions... Waiting for part 2! Best regards from Mexico, your friend, Diego.

It really is Silent Hill in the beginning—all the doors're locked and nobody's around.
What a lovely video, though!

Pity you didn't have a camera at the microphone, would have loved to see Mary sing for once instead of just you know...hearing her.
Albeit, it may be weird on her part.
Any whoo, thanks for the vid.

You rock, Joe. :) I love the atmosphere in this recording session. :) A good atmosphere in the studio is important.

Very good. The voice of Elisabeth Mac Glynn is so special. The introduction at piano in this song have something of "Moon Light sonate" of Mozart...
Why Joe don't you sing in this Silent Hill Soundtrack? We don't listen your voice since Silent Hill 3 what a pity!
I love so much your "Hometown" and I hope listening on other song of you!

There is "Cradel of Forest" from SH4 as well.
