The heinie sights are starting aggravate me. I'm finding them harder to focus when I'm shooting at 25+yards. I just need something that my eyes can adjust to alot faster and sights for competition
@rincon3315 Understandable. You may consider sights with either a wider front, or narrower back notch. Reason being, far shots will be easier to line up with less "light bar" in your sight picture. Also, I recently tried a non fiber optic front sight on my G34 and actually liked it better than the fiber optic. Another personal preference thing I guess, but may be worth giving a try.
@rincon3315 Good choice. The G35 is a vert versatile gun for uspsa competition. You can shoot Limited, Limited 10 , and Production with it depending on the set up.
Cool. I read alot of people use Dawson front sights red fiber optic with a Warren tactical rear sight or sevigny with Warren rear??? What's ur thoughts??
@rincon3315 I have seen both in person and can tell you the Heinie and Sevigny Rears have an almost identical profile. The Warren Tac Rear has those cut outs on the sides which alter it's profile a bit. So I think it really comes down to personal preference as all the of the sights you mentioned are of great quality. I run Heinie/DP combo because I had it on My Glock 34 (Production gun) and wanted to keep it uniformed. I even use the same setup on my 1911 for Single Stack. What do you shoot?
Lol by the way I'm sure u heard a lot of "alpha alpha". Good vid
