  • For those that are born from above and sealed by the Spirit of promise, the only thing to fear if the flesh leads us too much is the discipline of the Holy Spirit that Ananias and his wife experienced in Acts and were brought home sooner, they had lied to God the Holy Spirit.

  • @Serge1965

A promise is something yet to be fulfilled. A covenant is current.

  • If you think you can buy back what is no longer yours(your life and soul) which were redeemed(bought back with the Highest Price there is, the Precious blood of Chrit, it is as if you are telling Jesus Christ that Her has no right over you and slapped Him in the face saying His sacrifice wasn't good enough to keep what He bought back? Why do you think Paul said He knew Whom he had trusted his soul with? once you are baptized, sealed, and led by the Spirit, where do you think you will go?

  • @Serge1965

I see you are adding words to what I say. I never said anything about buying anything. You are losing this debate and you are becoming desperate. It's not my problem you refuse to be corrected by the word.

  • I don't know why you cannmot grasp what the whole counsel of God's Word is saying, have you read Hebrews? Have you read Galatians, Colossians? Who saves? Is it you or Jesus? I guess we will have to agree to disagree, i read the same verses as you but in a very different light, the God i serve does not save me every 5 minutes, He saved me once and for all, i sure would not want to be in your shoes if you are that insecure, it must be hell on earth.

  • @Serge1965

Thought you were done with debating me? I guess you need the last word to justify what you believe and you have to resort back to your osas teachings about how bad no-osas is, You are not interested in finding truth, your doctrine, in your mind, is more perfect than the word of God. So yes you are right, you do see the word in a different light.

You still won't address the verses I have shown you because you know that if you do you are going to realize that you are wrong. cont...

  • And your remark about me saving people, that remark tells me that you know that you lie and you have to make comments like that to justify your belief, I have shown you using scripture you are wrong and you are unwilling to accept that.

Remember, you were the one who started this debate, not me. If you cannot prove and finish what you start not my problem. But you should not resort yo saying things that do not apply because it only shows how weak you doctrine is.

  • @Serge1965 Then you might as well earase also Revelation he was talking to 7 churches? only 1 of them are saved? if the others don't repent if they don't resist to the end they are not saved! why would they need to resist if there always saved? till the end why is there a judgment of God on the churches if you are always saved!why do people want to pretend this ? strive to enter the narow path strive( with effort) you need to strive to the end! why would it be easy for you strive to enter??

  • @jesusiloveyou2 Salvation is a one moment miracle where a sinner sees his need to be saved and genuinely is sincere in wanting to Know the Lord in personal relationship and to follow Him, once baptized and sealed by the Holy Spirit of promise and having received an eternal redemption (Heb.9:12) and an eternal inheritance(Heb. 9:15) and already sitting with Him in the heavenlies, the rest of our natural lives is sanctification...

  • @Serge1965

Your problem with your interpretation is the difference between the words eternal and everlasting. Eternity or eternal is a condition. Everlasting means forever. How? Jesus is an eternal being, right? So how does an eternal being die on a cross for our sins and still be eternal?

Eternal does not = Everlasting. And until you understand that, you won't understand why you can lose salvation.

  • @ikester7579 I think you put conditions on salvation because you don't understand God's unconditional love, His Mercy endures forever, God's salvation is not conditional but provisional, if keeping something we could not even earn in the first place was put upon our subsequent behavior after our confession of faith, you and i would have been irrevocably lost within the very first 24 hours by thoughts, words, or deeds...Philippians 1:6 tells me to trust Him, not in myself

  • @Serge1965

If His love is so unconditional, then the unsaved shall go to Heaven as well. We are not saved by mercy, we are saved by faith and grace. And you can fall from grace, and that is clearly stated in God;s word. So explain to me how one has salvation minus grace?

Also, our salvation judgment is based on our knowledge of sin. James 4:17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

Knowing is the key. U cannot define sin or evil until good is understood

  • @ikester7579 No, the unsaved will still go to hell, there is a decision that must be made here in regards to accept or simply bow down to Christ and follow Him, afterwards, once sealed, you are saved and Heb.9:12-15 speak of eternal redemption and eternal inheritance, from the salvation moment through deliverance, it is called sanctification and that is not from you. Are you perfect now or is Jesus your righteousness? Read 1 John 1:8-9 and the Romans7:14-25.

  • @Serge1965

The word unconditional is not even in God's word. In fact I did a search of the word love to see if another word is used in it's place. And guess what? There is not. So what you are doing is adding to the word what does not belong to make you doctrine work. If not, give me the verses that mean unconditional love.

No respecter of persons + unconditional love = everybody goes to Heaven. Which is a form of universalism.

  • @ikester7579 Do you believe the Bible? Of course you do but the word Bible is not in the Bible but you still believe the Bible, right? Same thing with the rapture, the word rapture is not found anywhere in any English nor French Bible but exists in the Latin version under Rapturo which means a snatching away, a taking away, anayways, if you can't see the unconditional love in John 3:16, Rom 5:8, Phil 1:6, Mark 10:27 and Romans chapter 8 then i will just stay away from your channel.

  • @Serge1965

If it's unconditional love, then a covenant is not needed. I suggest you research the meaning of the word covenant.

Covenant: (Bible) an agreement between God and his people in which God makes certain promises and requires certain behavior from them in return.

Covenant = a conditional agreement between parties. So if the unconditional love applies, then both together make a oxymoron salvation. If you want to believe and push a lie, not my problem. But you will have to answer to God.
