I thought that this product only worked with a petrol or diesel product because it needed either of these two fuels to allow it to dissolve in the tank. Will it dissolve in a vegetable oil mix, or does it need to be dissolved in the ethanol first (ethanol is not an oil based product)

Question: I have a diesel car (Toyota corolla sprinter) and I am running it on biofuel (fuel mix of 75% waste vegetable oil and 25% methanol) will the caps work in this type of fuel?(Im wanting to increase power and mileage) Will the caps work in just standard diesel fuel. Will the caps work in a 2 stroke outboard engine running at 100/1?
