@grateful365 Hi Grateful. Divine is a dance ministry seprate from Victory. They are consisted of younger dancing Angels. Victory has older kids, however. Victory and Divine are sister ministries. Divine is lead by Melanie and Victory is lead by Robin. Hope this helps.
