Good to know that those products are not a disappointment! That would be a shame if the whole line was iffy. The idea is really nice, overall.

I was very disappointed in the color payoff, I can't even use them as bases, they're pretty useless! LOL.

I am glad you made a vid for these shadows,I was comtemplating buying this kit. Ever thought about wearing a cream eye shadow underneathe? It will help with the powder pigmentation. I do this with my cheap eye shadows from the Dollar Tree

Yeah, that didn't help, unfortunately. Usually something underneath helps a ton with the cheaper shadows, but that wasn't the case here.

Absolutely love the turquoise ring. Love It. I am a turquoise junkie. Thank you for the tutorial because I'd been looking at these in the drugstore and wondering how they were. Also,like the Peter Gabriel playing in the backround.

Aww, thanks! Yeah I get a lot of compliments about it, I'm a turquoise junkie too. The product was such a disappointment, the colors looked so lovely but ridiculously sheer! Thank you! And yeah, Peter Gabriel is the MAN I utterly adore his music. :)

Actually, the only other ULTA product I have is the tinted moisturizer and I did a review of that. I haven't heard too much about their other products and haven't really tried anything else! :) Oh - unless you haven't seen the ULTA eyeshadow review I just put up yet??

I guess they're good for little girls who like make up. I noticed TONS of revlon stuff are sheer.....they even say sheer in their names. Pinkiecharm did a review on the same thing and she said she bought hers for like 6 bucks.

The only Revlon I've found that isn't really sheer are the 12 hour ColorStay quads, those are quite nicely pigmented.

This stuff is TOO LIGHT.
