dude go on GTA San Andreas:Cheats PS2 and do the cheat "Never Wanted if you want to go to San Fierro and Las Venturas and you did not unlock it yet then do the cheat no matter what you do you wont be arrested but if you want Helena or Michelle then you have to unlock it
