Does anybody know what programs he is using here?/ Pro Tools etc. If anyone has knowledge about scoring/composing I would love to hear what is essential to make it. I have access to Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro, would very much like to create music for commercial use/games & media....

@TheKillerSpunge He is using Protools (8). To make this kind of music with samples you need a couple of good samplebanks (check out stuff by EWQL, Audiobro, Project Sam, Cinesamples etc.), and a working knowledge of music theory and production techniques... Acquired by study (reading, watching instruction video's, taking courses), trial and error, and practise practise practise... :)

i love how the whole song has it's own theme and sounds nothing like the previous songs marty has done for halo in the past however at 2:03 ...idk just that it gives you a hint of halo: ce, tragedy, bravery, and epic-ness all in a few notes.

Has anyone seen the Halo: Reach screenshots? I have, and if you look at them, the graphics are already better than Halo 3. Even better news: The screenshots were taken in the 'Alpha' stage of Halo: Reach, so the complete game will have awesome graphics (and maybe even 1080p resolution hopefully)! I know too much about Reach....
