Watching this now and all the updates that have come to the palm pre is amazing. and when you change your contacts on your computer it does update on the pre. Also you can't just flick to the left and google something on an iPhone, sure apple has a great phone, but you gotta calm down and use one before you put in your two cents! One feature that Palm pre is superior to the Iphone is Email. Palm pre let send and receive all type of attachment word doc, picture, video and mp3 file. I did a test of sending mp3 back and forth to my palm pre and laptop. I wish I was able to do that on my Itouch. IPhone still has better apps and better mp3 player.

Palm never called the Pre the "iPhone killer," that was an implied statement from Sprint's marketing. Palm does not want to replace Apple, just maybe give them a viable competitive push. The iPhone is fine if that's what you like. So is the Pre. In the end, all we can gain is a better product from both companies. BTW, word is Palm will be working on a second webOS device soon that will replace (or update) the Centro. This will be more around the $100 range

I've read a few people out there have some screen problems so as long as thats not a known issue on the pre then there isn't a problem. if it is a known issue then i agree it might be a problem. but what i did notice is that everybody that has a screen problem LOVES the phone still. multitouch works fine on palm pre, dont 4get it uses better processors than iCrap

multitasking is wat smartphones do & even if it drains bat life faster, its got a user replaceable 1, so just carry a spare & can charge wirelessly, not a big deal

typing on physical keypad is easier than onscreen keypbboard, btw onscreen kepboard was 1st used on palm phones

wats so gr8 about itunes? pre syncs w/ itunes on ur computer

pre w/ 2yr contract is cheaper than iPhone w/ 2yr

pre > iphone 4 now

perhaps but i wud prefer a screen which displays better quality images. palm pre has got greater dpi than iphone.
