Ha! I don't really care about the looks but Jim is my favorite character. He's the most normal one and all he has to do is look at the camera with that expression and it's hilarious :D!

The funniest thing about this scene is that the kiss wasn't on the script, Steve Carell was improvising. That's why everyone else was shocked!!

I really liked this, but maybe replace some of the stills with very short animated clips, just to roll a bit from point to point...dunno...pretty good tho!
