  • That's why most of the JW I know work low-level jobs and never went to college. They also live in low-income housing because they didn't believe in pursuing an education beyond high school and they're now paying for it.

  • you just wanted your ears tickled .youre a liar teachers wouldn't ask if there was anybody who didnt want to do xmas cards etc...we all went to school who else claims this nonsense

  • @desktopspoon He is not a liar at all!I am french and in France,TEACHERS USUALLY ASK,because they know that some children are not allowed to celebrate birthday or christmas. Also the Watchtower encourage parents to let their children's teachers know about their religion and their beliefs (no christmas/no birthday/no halloween...etc).

  • you just wanted your ears tickled

  • "35 Cults Exposed Jehovah's Witnesses Watch Tower". check it out if your considering joining this cult. its your choice but educate yourself first then decide.

  • Can someone answer me a question about Jehovah's witnesses.........Why is it that they come to my door and say they will return but don't schedule a future appointment with me and never return? (I'm a super polite, young, single, college girl and act interested every time they talk to me)

  • @OliveYoux1000 don't take it personal. they don't because they really dont care, I am an ex JW. They only care that for that day, they were assigned to talk to people in that area, the following week they get assigned to another area. To them they have fullfilled the Field Service time for that day. Consider it a blessing that they have not returned, don't listen to false Prophets, Humbly ask God to lead you and read the bible for yourself. You will be gain accurate truth then.

  • @supercar28 Good advice!

  • @OliveYoux1000 Trust me if they don't return it's a blessing in disguise. They may try to persuade you to leave college or pursue a major not "influenced by the devil."

  • The few that control the many on this planet knew for certain long ago, that a free thinking human herd would be very at odds with these elites systems of control. Subjugating the masses on a constant treadmill of fear through religion, keeps people docile and always happy defending their chosen belief system which in reality, is just a mental and emotional mind prison which was created and established for the populace. A devided humanity is easier to control, than a unified one. free ur mind.

  • i think you misunderstood , i mean before there were priest who use o pray for our sins , now we can prayer for ourselves to GOD , sorry if you don't believe jesus is GOD , for only GOD , can't give you salvation , and jesus said he would give you salvation

  • MrUAV100, do u remember the story of the burning bush, when god appeared in the form of a fire when he spoke to moses? god's flesh form "Jesus", was the way for us humans to have a direct link with god without being overwhelmed by his true form and nature.

  • mruav100 sorry to bust your bubble , yes no one can't see GOD face and live , because of his holiness , that is why he came in the flesh , now ask yourself why is it you can pray straight and direct to GOD , now and before you could not ?

  • @clients26 you cant pray directly to God where you get that from? why do you think we say through your son Jesus amen we can not pray directly to Jehovah God because of our imperfection Adam was the only one who spoke directly to Jehovah God himself

  • bought up in exmouth ..ha ha my home town...

  • At 03:57...... No man knows the day nor the hour when the end will come, no not even the son but only the Father who is in heaven. It is coming but like a thief during a night you never know when he arrives and if you're off guard then he takes what he wants to take and there's nothing you can do to stop him, just like when the end comes to this system controlled by Satan.

  • bro let me correct you how could jehovah witness be consider christians when christians are followers of christ not so? but they don't believe JESUS CHRIST , is GOD , they only believe in the father , therefore they are anti christ , when jesus said to belief in him and he would give you eternal life , when the only one could give you eternal life is GOD , therefore jesus is GOD

  • @clients26 Would you agree that the Bible teaches that no man can see God and yet live? If this is true, and it is pretty important that nothing is added or removed from the scriptures, then how did so many people see Jesus (or, as you like to see it, God) and NOT die?

He was also doing a lot of talking to himself later on when he prayed to himself. I know; let's ask me to do me a favour later on...Makes no sense!

  • HA...very non-witness/normal person knows that these witnesses are just weird and creepy people...

  • @candyandi28 I am a Jehovahs witness and i find there is a great love between fellow jehovahs witnesses and I think that they are very friendly (not creepy) people. I play football once a week with a group of ten jehovahs witnesses and there is alot of laughter and fun between us. I would say that they were the opposite of what you describe but that is just my opinion.

  • @jordancartmell i dont dsagree with you on that matter, but how is that different than any other group of people? like people in AA or any other sort of recovery group where there is a group cohesivness? real love is not when things are easy going and when everyone is in agreement but it often shows what sort of love we have when things go wrong or there are disagreements. you can go to almost any christian church and see the sort of love u see at the KH its not uncommon.

  • We are saved by grace not by works lest anyone should boast

  • You believe in lake of fire. "Knowing" the truth will make you all suffer.

Jehovah is not even a real name as what you admitted about the more relevance of the word "Yaweh" to the original name of God. I dont believe in Jehova's Witness.

  • look up what a birday means? nd in the 3 birdays that are metion in da bible death occured ? come on commensence

  • Jehovah's Witnesses, I didn't even know there had been an accident

  • Maybe Jehovah can give the host some better advice on his sparkly vest.

  • Look Jehovah You better start giving children real birthday presents. As a matter of fact the next time you knock on my door I am going to give one of my kids toys to one of your Jehovah kids as a belated Birthday present. You guys are cruel and weird! Go have a beer or something and relax! Tell the twelve watchmen to watch out for Jesus!

  • tell me an example because it seems that sometimes we do no understand or we are afraid to ask about things and the easy way to get off is by saying or everything is false

  • So busy looking forward, that they are missing the point of Christ coming to earth to begin with. It is like always looking at your goal, but not enjoying the journey along the way...all the judging of others...deeds, and fear...so not the journey that Christ in the Bible preached about...

  • The control mechanisms in place catered to the human ego.

  • It isnt true that only jehovahs witnesses will be left bcoz wat about babies , disabled and sick people , they never got a chance to learn the truth, also people dont get tired of waiting for it i mean they do but the longer the better bcoz the more people can learn the truth and be saved. jehovah knows everything, he knows how long to wait before he brings about armagetton.

  • buut why are most of you arguing that the watchtower is teaching jehova witnesses fake beliefs .. what do they get.. they dont get payed whats ur point? :S

  • 5:59 that is a religion based on fear and works. Talk about control freak religion making you soooo afraid that you must knock on doors everyday to earn salvation. Thank God Christ sheed His blood for everyone and that we can't work for our salvation!

  • Do JW's teach that to be saved one must get baptized? Is this the starting point?

  • no to be saved u must seek truth and do right. also u must be declaired righteous!!! Romans 10:13 - for everyone who calls on the name of jehovah will be saved

  • WHAT!!!!...that is taken out of context.. and it is ovious that that is from the "new world translation"..not good ol' king james....... read from romans 10:9-13..it is speking about Christ!!..

  • @inneedofchristSAL oh lol yer sorry if u thought i sed it out of context, but that is wat it sed in the new world translation. I use that one because it has been proven that that one, and some american one or something is the most accurate. Im sorry if u think im wrong lol. wat does the king james version say . is it very different???? i hope u dont mind looking it up for me , i just dont have the king james version, only the new world. Thanks!!!! : )

  • well said godssoldier1077 why people judge and they never had study of have not been

    a JW's

  • I studied with them for 8 months, and I was amazed at how non-sensical a lot of it was, and contradictory to the Bible.

  • Very accurate and fair depiction of Jehovah's witnesses. Geunine people but misled by a dictatorial governing body.

  • If you are thinking of joining the JWs, please read Apocylypse delayed by Penton, and Cult Mind control by Hassan. Read the earliest JW material first ie Studies in the Scriptures by Russel. Watch for the logic error "wouldnt it be nice if A" and "wouldnt it be good if B" then he proceeds as if A and B are true. He uses this logic error often in his work. Reading early works first will give you a heads up as to when they retract and change material later.

  • Ask a JW what he expects to happen when he dies. He can't tell you; he

doesn't know; the WTB & TS is a a system of works, not grace. They don't have the personal relationship with the Lord that Biblical believers have. But don't blame the JWs, it's not their fault ... it's the fault of the WTB & TS, for it has always wavered on its doctrines and prophecies.

  • Hmmmm I'm gonna put your straight on some things about JW cus people seem to lie about them. I study with JW's and they believe that faith comes before works. And the bible even warns us that just to believe is not enough. Read matthew and James. And does the bible not tell us to worship the Father? Just because you have to accept Jesus does not mean forget about the Father and worship Jesus alone. Why do so many people lie and twist things about JW's?

  • @GodsSoldier1077 didn't you know that twisted people twist things?

  • I can tell you. You die, and you return to dust. You are nothing. You're in an eternal sleep. ASK A JW! Watch what he says. What's WTB and TS?

  • The most important thing for Witnesses is spreading the message that Armaggeddon is imminent and only Jehovah's Witnesses will be saved so all must be encouraged to join the Watchtower. See Matthew 24

  • Tbh alot of stuff he is saying is possitive allthough abit negative =)

  • What is the JW's gospel in a nutshell. What would you tell me in about 2-3 minutes. The most important thing.

  • As of January 2009 it's now only four meetings a week (2 times a week). They got rid of the mid-week "book study."

  • 5 times a week ? Atm i only need 2 times a week =P and i have 100 percent presence at the meetings .

For a few months ago it was 3 times per week. and in total 5 hours. So the jws system is changing everytime

  • do you know lot even know who and what you worship??

Jehovah is infact Enlil, an evil deity, you are fuelling the fascist new world order agenda.. u are creating the armageddon ur all obsessed with..

I am sure you will be abyssed along with your evil god, for your ignorance..

Can you live with the fact you are helping to destroy the planet and its people.. ?? Wake up and find your own truth and path. Stop letting others tell u what to think and believe.

  • Roflmao you can't be seriuos XD

  • I agree with dubbeltid,

Your aligations are false and amusing,

    And confusing,

    And diluding.

  • Well done for worshipping God and keeping away from the pagan customs. We agree, but, did you know, you are worshipping God on the first day of the week and not the seventh? The sabbath was given at creation for all of mankind and God set aside the seventh day!

  • This whole thing about new versions of the "bible" is nothing but part of a Satanic master plan. The goal is to turn people not only against the Bible, but also against Jesus Christ Himself. This is why we have religions like the Watchtower Organization, SDA's, Mormons etc. that attack the deity of Christ. This is all heading somewhere pretty nasty.

  • LoL. Are you serius ?

But yes only 1 religion can be true.

  • We have not been changing the bible, the christan church has. For one the took out gods name(jehovah, yehwah) and some even go as far as taking out certain words or changing them in a way that they like it to say.(not going to argue all day long so that is all I have to say)

  • If Jw's are honest and do their own independent research they would find that "Westcot & Hort" were actually "Jesuit Priests" - that wrote "Their Bible". They have been lied to but are not allowed to investigate it for themselves. instead they nit pick about God's name and loose the essence of the Word of God. Good way to keep control isnt it? only believe what the society says? GOD alows freedom, ie "Love allows Choice" satan resricts!!

  • i know this girl who is a Jehovah's Witnesses , i dont get it because she have a 4.00 GPA, she is shy meeting new people but very out going and loud when comfortable. AND SHE IS ALWAYS HAPPY

  • @phudao41 wow u are so desperate for people to join ur cult arnt u bitch?

  • @candyandi28 im not even in that religion.... the hell are you talkin bout? i just know people that are in it

  • @phudao41 You don't know anything about her personal life, maybe she always cryes at home and has bad family and things

  • @phudao41 1st of all she have 2 brothers who are closely age to her, and they get along very well and keep her company. But i dont think she cried about family problem cause they seems fine. But forget that, im over with the girl, she do what she wants to do, im just doing my own things. but imo even if a person is a Jehovah's Witnesses or any other religion they have the right to do it as long they dont hurt anyone. They have the right to choose their reality, and so are you. no conflict is key

  • Man, the host looks like Leonard Nimoy.

  • now u just being stupid

  • Selling Magazines? WUT?

  • The magazines is free, we are not selling them, we are giving them this free.

  • if you look into it thay did not start giveing them away untill around ten years ago ask one of your older elders mayby.

  • Yes, that`s true. We have given the magazines free for the last 30-40 years.

  • not here in the united states. we started giving them away ten or so years ago. it had to do with tax laws or something

  • dont let them take away your faith theres so many other ways to do good for God when we die we all go to the same place no ones extra special in any way we are all Gods sheep.

  • fact: the jehovas witnesses do not teach the bible. the "scholars" re-write the bible and the new translations of the bible are sent out as the watchtower news letter. the freemasons plan for religion is this: they will use the bible to turn it followers against it. russell was a freemason.

  • I think you will find that JW do teach the bible, unlike most other churches. JW study history. They try and get as close to the original scriptures as possible, which is why most other churches have been brainwashed into thinking JW have twisted the bible. In the original scrolls of the bible the name Jehovah is in so many times, but was taken out. Thats why we have Jehovah in the new testament. JW study the bible in depth, unlike most christians, who just go along with what the church teaches.

  • the problem is with the bible itself: the kjv is a "losely: translated bible from hebrew. jw's, mormons, protestant, and evangelical religions base their religions on this version. most jw's reference comes from a balance of gnostic gospels and freemason ritual rites. i suggest researching the life of taze russell to see that he has based the jw religion on a pagan belief system.

  • Well the JW that I know hate pagan beliefs. We thrive for truth. There is this one guy, can't remember his name, and he has 13 bibles altogether and he says that the JW translation is the most acurate.

The name Jehovah is in the original scrolls.

The word hell is not in the original scrolls

Early christians did not support the trinity. The trinity was invented by a pagan.

I think u will find that our translation is very acurate. We hate lies. We love God and want to serve him. God bless

  • And you're right, "hell" is not in the original Ancient Greek.

Jehovah, however, is not found normally in the Greek texts. In fact, in the Septuagint, if my memory serves me right, the Tetragrammaton is not used at all.

Instead, the word "kyrios" is used like in the New Testament... So I challenge you to look through your bible and change all the times that Jehovah is used and change it to "kyrios" (which is like "lord")

  • Lord and God is a title. It is not a sign of disrespect or anything but does God or Lord not have a name?? What are you? Man, Father, Husband, Boyfriend?? Maybe, but you also have a name.

  • How did Jesus tell us to pray?

"Our Father in Heaven, hollowed be your name..."

Do you call your father by his first name?

  • Most Witnesses cannot say "Father" to God. This is because they do not believe that God;s spirit can dwell in them, and it is God's Spirit dwelling us that enables us to cry "Abba, Father" Abba is a Hebrew word, meaning something like "Daddy" The only alternative, according to the Bible, to not having God's Spirit dwelling in us, is being "In the flesh" and "Unable to please God" It's all in Romans Chapter 8. If the WT says "Don't call him Father, and Jesus says the opposite, I stick with Jesus.

  • amen

  • Hi jbutr0327, I'll go with NeoNikki on this one - I always said "Dad" to my Father. It would have been very strange for me to say "Mr Smith" to him. Also, Jesus told us to say "Our Father" in answer to a direct question about how to pray. I sometimes wonder if JWs do not call Jehovah Father, simply because their hearts tell them that it is not really so, that Jehovah is not actually their Father. I wish it were not so, but I am afraid that it is.

  • Did it have the Amplified Translation? (Hah, if anyone follows my comments, I tend to quote only from that version because I love it so, haha)

I read the "Should You Believe The Trinity?" pamphlet and found it to be painfully not scholarly.

Do you know anyone who has learned Greek or Hebrew or Aramaic? Most, if not all, my previous pastors have learned those languages.

  • Well all I can say is that the JW I study with are nothing like the ones people talk about. They really do stick with the bible. Maybe thats why people lie about them so much because they hate the truth. Did you not know that all liars will have their part in the lake of fire?

  • According to the JWs, there is no lake of fire. So who's sticking to the Bible really?

  • Do JWs teach that people will go to hell? I thought they didn't.

  • No, they teach that Hell is just the grave or death.

  • nope in fact we believe that hell doesnt exists its just a simbolic state.. just burried in a hole :P

  • r u a jehovahs witness ? : D

if u r me too lol

  • yes i am :D how are you?

  • @ramon716 good where abouts r u from,

  • I'm very saddened and dismayed that there are churches who call themselves such without reading the Bible.

It is a disgrace and there is no argument for it.

The churches I've gone to haven't ever mentioned JW.

I've done my research on my own and tried to be as unbiased as possible to the point where I've questioned almost all the beliefs I've had growing up.

I've ended up reading almost the entire Bible in a few months and growing stronger in my faith.

  • please view Jehovah's Witnesses and their beliefs Part 1 on youtube

    God speed

  • yes JW do study history but they forget to study their own history of their organization n if anyone else study their history they call it persecution but their quick to study everyone else history

  • the founder of jehova's winess was a freemason and is buried under a model of a pyramid. no "christian" would be buried under a symbol of a pagan god that was used to worship the sun? p.s. look up "freemasons" on youtube. they are not very christian at all!!!!

  • JAKEV25

God says faith without works is dead. u need 2 have a proper understanding of works as Love, heb.10:24 & rom.13:9-10: you must Love ur brother/neighbor as urself. love does not work evil 2 one's neighbor, love is the law.

jws shun, so this is not works as Love.

  • Did not Jesus command people to preach the good news of the Kingdom? Did he not say that not everyone calling him Lord will inherit the Kingdom of the heavens? Did James not say that your faith is shown through your good deeds. JW's believe the bible has a standard. Maybe people leave because they find God's standards to hard to live by.

  • Eph 2:5-9 AMP

  • JAKEV25

u say "i don't know how long you studied...evidently not long enough....the witnesses do not... i repeat... do not believe in salvation by works."

I was a JW for 39 years, grew up on Their beliefs.

the witnesses do... i repeat... DO believe in salvation by works! Thats y they fill out time sheets and knock on doors and go 2 meetings 4 times a week.

works is love. jws twist this verse.

  • 666 the number of the beast

  • 666

  • i live in north carolina. i would love to speak with you about this subject. i was raised jehovahs witness, i am not now, but i have a great story and understanding that i think everyone will be shocked by yet appreciate. i have no hard feelings against the witness organization at all.

  • This is an organization that breeds fear and shame. And if you have family within, it is very difficult to leave if not impossible without irrevocably destroying family ties.

  • So here I see you right along with your buddies......You're a FRAUD.

  • Jakev25 if you want to defend the Witnesses, please understand that your comments are not helping anyone. I believe that you have doubts yourself, otherwise you would not be watching so many 'apostate' videos. I understand that it is extremely had to accept that what you have been taught is not the truth, but I hope that you will continue researching and finally break free from that brainwashing organisation. Peace.

  • ....And I suppose what you have been taught is the truth?........

  • I was a JW for 20 years, grew up around the WTB&TS. At 35, I left. I wish I had done it sooner. These videos seem to be right on the money about what it's like in the WTS. The pressure they give you comes eventually, whether you want to believe it now or not.

  • Standing up for what is right is generally difficult, and usually not popular.

  • So true. Perhaps you understand what it is like to be disfellowshipped for someone else's sin and lose all contact with your family. There are many of us who have had that experience.

  • No, I'm stdying with JW's, so I don't know what you're referring to. How could you be d.f for someone elses sin?

Although I like what I'm learning very much, I remain somewhat skeptical, mainly because of what I read and see here.

  • Please be very careful as I too entered a cult for 7 years and I have found that there is no church who has all the truth. Can I encourage you to study the Bible alone with Jesus as your guide. Matthew 7:21

  • Thanks for your concern, I tried studying the Bible alone, but even then, how do you know that what you've come up with on your own is right?

  • That reply was to Evey777

  • MSFG: The way to study the Bible is trough prayer for the Holy Spirit to guide you. He inspired the men writing the Bible and thus know exactly what He meant. Prayer and Fasting, take it seriously read the contexts use a marker marking passages that talk about the same things, promisses, advices, warnings and simular. Most of all be humble ask for input from others, pray over it and be patient. If your seek God with all your power and might and strength and love, you will find Him.

  • To JakeV25: I am an ex-jw, and everything I heard on this video is true to my experience. You are correct that being a JW doesn't guarantee salvation; that's why they work so hard to earn it by being slaves to the WTB&TS. Also per JW belief, people in Noah's day lived for hundreds of years, so most of those who heard his message in the beginning were alive to hear it when the flood came; not true with JW's. The generation of 1914 has almost entirely passed away and still no end of the world.

  • I don't know how long you studied...evidently not long enough....the witnesses do not... i repeat... do not believe in salvation by works...thanks.

  • Unfortunately I was a JW for about 7 years and regular pioneered through most of it. JW's do not preach salvation by works, but the expectation is for a person to prove themselves over and over again with number of hours in field service for everyone and advancement towards being an elder for men. "By their fruits you will know them." Read about the WTB&TS's fruit online: child molestation covered up, shattered families, a higher incidence of mental illness than in the prison population.

  • Untrue again...the witness preach because they want to serve Jehovah and Christ Jesus...It is very joyous to go door to door preaching the Good News of God's kingdom. It has nothing to do with advancement to being an elder...I have no desire to be an elder. The rest of your spew is wrong also...child abuse crosses all religious barriers...and I am not even commenting on your mental illness statement..I'm of sound mind.

  • I am very curious to know how long you have been a JW. If you are a male and don't want to advance, you will eventually be marked. If you ever decrease, or God forbid, become inactive in the field service due to legitimate concerns, you will also be marked. I have seen it happen with my own eyes. If you take the time to read information written online by professionals, you will also learn that JW's proportionally have more mental illness among them than the prison population.

  • Inaccurate statement...one after another.

Being a JW does not guarantee anyone salvation.

Noah preached the end for some 120 years before it started to rain.

Your laughter is proof of your ignorance....As Jesus said...

And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowering. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times? Matt 16

  • Hey Jakev25, very good to see you back!
