Like somebody already said you can buy cartons of these, also you can candle eggs and see if theyre double yolk then just buy big eggs and save all the doubles.

im not necessarily saying this is fake, but im pretty sure it would be easy to fake considering that double-yoke eggs probably way more than normal eggs.. fill a tray with the heaviest eggs you can find and chances are theyre probably double-yokes
