Hi, im new to the android phone system ... does it cost money to go on the apps even if i downloaded it for free?

@YesulKimAeddi0519 it would cost you money to go on the marketplace if thats what you mean unless you do it over wi-fi, just like mobile internet. It's cuz the marketplace is basically on the internet, but if the apps you're downloading are free then you won't have to pay for them but you will still have to pay to go on the market unless you're on wi-fi like i just said and it wont cost you to go on any apps because they wil be downloaded to your phone sorry if none of this makes sense lol

I'm not sure, my nexus was rooted, but now I have a Samsung Vibrant, and that doesn't have flash, so I can't test it out.

No. It came from the update. A lot of updates they put apps that people ask for and are cheap.
