ur good, hes modded halo 2 shields on halo 1 elites nice. and textures on doors and walls and shit. the angle on which you hold the magnum, hunter armour texture. the battle rifle fires 3 rouns but sounds like it fires 2

and u look like ur wearing the mark 4 armour outta halo wars

but overall well done

No. They have to be modeled and scripted by players. The guy(s) who made these weapons were just really good, and were able to make weapons that looked like those from Halo 2. They're not perfect replicas, but considering what the average user has, as far as modeling/scripting software goes, they're not bad.
