you're wrong in "bang & burn"...
there were 2 helicopters, one with the ladder & Mike & Whistler, & one without ladder for shooting. the empty ladder u see is from the second helicopter, & it shouldn't be there...that's the mistake!! there's no "guys/no guys" mistake.
the most funniest mistake is in 3x13, after lechero's dead, you can see him CLEARLY standing behind t-bag talkin with the prostitute.
i mean, mistakes happen.. but.. this is quite ridiculous..
