the problem i had back then was that my computer sucked, so i basically played all of this in slow-motion (which didnt help because the frog was slow too, i died a lot...). as a kid i thought that speed was intentional and played most of the game anyway, and now i'm completely stunned seeing how fast it SHOULD be xD. about 10x as fast...

On Windows Media Player, I found a Zone Complete music for Tropical Trouble that you can't get in the game. Apparently, the makers had planned to put it in, but decided not to because of the final scene at the temple. Lots of monkey chatter in the music piece.

If you leagly own a PSX and Frogger: He's Back, then you can get the Emulator (I have heard PSX is the best emulator), at Emulator Zone, then I think you can find the rom ISO (game file) on Emuparadice or Cool Rom. Google is your friend.

The videos through the credits I believe was when the game was still in it's BETA testing, because when they capture the frogs, they don't explode, some of the walls aren't there ( 7:58 for example ), the explosives on the sewer stage don't blow up, some coloring isn't done, and some balloons through some stages are square clouds, the flies seem to be bigger, but it's COOL to see what it looked like in the beginning!

I definitely have to agree about the beta testing idea. When I only owned the PC version, I assumed it was mostly my graphics card messing with the visuals (I had evidence that it did already in some situations, such as incorrect tiles at higher resolutions). Seeing it one the PlayStation made me think otherwise. :)

As for atrocity3010, I applaud your skill at this game! I feel like a rusty old coot after watching you (which is meant to be a compliment). :)

Can you tell my why my music doesn't work for Frogger 3D? i run on vista and have it in compatibility mode and the music doesn't work. boring to play a game with no music :(

The PC version won't play music on XP or Vista. I don't know of any way to fix it, I ended up having to get the PSX version and play it on ePSXe.

I have seen Gameplay fottage of the Emulator called PSX, and I belive it is better and has more compatabillity from what I have heard. You should try it. Look on Emulator Zone, they should have it!

You could rip the tracks, since they're stored as CD Audio, and play them with an MP3 player. Vista and XP seem to have difficulty with handling CD Audio calls from older programs.

Yeah, the tropical level was pretty easy once you figured out how everything was timed and where everything was going.

Retro Level 5 is harder to me now than when I first played XD

You guys know what's weird? On the Frogger music list on a site I can't remember the name of (maybe Kingdom Hearts ringtones err something?), there is a track called "Jungle Jumble," which I totally don't recall being in Frogger.

That's in the last level where all the gold frogs unlock to the ending. You'll have to make sure the last block (the one with a yellow banana in a green background) is colored. Hope this helps.

I don't have any bloopers to show...I deleted them all because I figured no one wanted to see me fail a bunch of times.

Hmm...maybe I could do a wrap-up video sort of like the credits (i.e. showing different parts of levels), only expanded somewhat. It would take a bit of effort, though, and I'm not well-versed when it comes to video editing.
