@MoorExD I'm not a fanboy. From a professional standpoint, the PS3 is an also-ran. It is substantially less capable in many areas, Sony can be a nightmare to work with, the networking, VOIP and friends capabilities are a joke. On the plus side, the CPU is very quick (if almost impossibly obscure), it has blurays, and has some pretty nice exclusives.
Why do you only get listed in the recomended world list if your world is on Join and Edit? If I could leave my world on Join and Only and still get as much traffic then I would not have to risk my almost Legendary world that I have worked on for 7 months :)
I think alot of people will agree with me when I say it would be AWESOME if the Host could go into spectator / observer mode where he can change his view to see thru the eyes of the other players in his world and when in this mode he can kick or BAN players if they are being destructive AND also it would be nice to be able to save a backup of your world more eaisily than manualy copying the data files over to another storage device. I just lost alot of work due to people being destructive :(
@mayoradeath420 Aaactually. That's pretty easy. I'm not sure how 'nice' it would be after client smoothing, but that's pretty easy :-) Making a backup has to be done by you :-(
@Thornbush23 To make a teleporter just stack 4 of the Plating blocks on top of each other and then delete the middle 2 and you will see the Blue snowflake looking stuff coming out of it, that is one end of your teleporter now go where you want your other teleporter and stack the 4 plating blocks again and delete the 2 middle ones this time it will have green smoke coming out and that is it :) to use enter smoke and hit B to goto other teleporter or X to goto spawn point. They only work for host.
Good call played eden a long time before fortresscraft, the free version doesnt let you save your world. I played it wayyyy before any of the patches on my ipod like a year or so ago, and even then it was really fun.
Hm...I'm quite skeptical about this guy, he never let's the guest talk, and seems very rude at times. Though I like what he does for the most part and he is very confident in what he says.
Eden is 69p for ipad, is fucking amazing. 10x cheaper than minecraft pocket edition, 10x better than minecraft pocket edition. Updates often. Amazing game!!!!!!!
This whole MC fanboys vs FC fanboys is tired. I love FC - and will continue to fully support it - but that's not going to say that I never am going to try MC. Yo, I heard you guys talking about a capture the flag game type and I got to thinking, and this is just me spit balling here what if you mixed capture the flag and tower defense together? Kind of like a Doritos Crash Course type of thing, just think about it this way. You the creator of the fortress which holds the flag (maybe design a flag and flag holder?) and what you would do is make little towers say 2 wide 2 deep and 3 high (maybe mini one block towers?) and use those to protect the flag?

In World Menu for setting: Join only, Join & edit, Blocked
User created lists via back button. For example, to write down your worlds features. This way people can just look at the list. Also If you wanted to build off of that. You could make it so users can pin icons to each. So an object you built would be on a list. If clicked you could find it.
That would be awsome!!!!!!! I vote to add in capture the flag made. That would be crazy fun. Have cannons..weapons...blocks that have a damage rating!!!!!! THAT would be way sweet

You should add in some kind of siege mode for multiplayer. One team builds the base and the other can build some sort of attacking base like a ship...... just a thought.

i play minecraft not for the vanilla but for all of the mods that are available the completely alter the game. it is like a base that people can build their own game from
@ProjectorGames another idea for the game in this vid you were removing blocks at an incredible rate (due to editing i guess) how about a jackhammer or something like that so we can remove blocks faster the about 30 diggers at once and something else todo the reverse. next time i spot you on fortresscraft il try and join your world and tell you somemore of my ideas. :)
Most PS3 games do have demos, its just a very hard store to navigate at times. Also DC Universe online has about 10 hours of updates because its an mmo.

Yo, I heard you guys talking about a capture the flag game type and I got to thinking, and this is just me spit balling here what if you mixed capture the flag and tower defense together? Kind of like a Doritos Crash Course type of thing, just think about it this way. You the creator of the fortress which holds the flag (maybe design a flag and flag holder?) and what you would do is make little towers say 2 wide 2 deep and 3 high (maybe mini one block towers?) and use those to protect the flag?

In World Menu for setting: Join only, Join & edit, Blocked
User created lists via back button. For example, to write down your worlds features. This way people can just look at the list. Also If you wanted to build off of that. You could make it so users can pin icons to each. So an object you built would be on a list. If clicked you could find it.
