@abrmessenger I love beautiful music. I don't like the "7/11" songs my late father in law called the "praise worship" songs which he said take 7 minutes to write and we are told to sing it 11 times. As for your music being labeled Christian, I disagree. A man went to a charismatic church and the band was banging away on stage, when demons appeared on the stage. The man fled. This man is now 82 or so and has taught me much about God through Scripture. He is very level headed.

why is aild #15? They're one of the best! they are much better than bands 14-12. WOA is also a beast band that is one of the best, guitar player is one of the best in the world
@Asulaydyingcrying i agree id put them higher on the list. however their guitar player is no where near one of the best in the world i can name many more who qualify to at least compete in that catagory and nobody who has ever played for AILD qualifies. although i enjoy their guitarwrok as a player myself i wouldnt give them that much credit. just my opinion

@rawiswar1995 metalcore/deathcore is a genre of metal just like progressive metal, thrash, death, black, speed, symphonic, the list goes on, but these bands are deffinitly some sort of heavy metal anyway. Weather you like them is up to you. I personally prefer Doom, sludge, progressive death metal, classic, and thrash but there were some good ones mixed in this video. As I lay Daying, War of Ages, Demon Hunter. You forgot Becoming the Archetype though. Great great band, & August Burns Red

@abrmessenger Just as I don't check my brains out at the door when I leave home, I don't check it out when I hear a "christian" movie, music, or sermon. Paul said to test everything by the Word of God, as the Bereans did to Paul himself. Paul commended them for this. The "tune" of this "music" is not glorifying God. Not at all. Do you really think this is the type of "music" we will hear when we pass through the heavenly gates to the throne of Jesus Christ? I KNOW you don't think this.

@julieification it doesn't mean its not christian. I guarantee we won't hear the more popularized christian music either. the entire point is that this music is glorifying god. It takes a lot of devotion to play this music and to label your band as christian.

@abrmessenger I love beautiful music. I don't like the "7/11" songs my late father in law called the "praise worship" songs which he said take 7 minutes to write and we are told to sing it 11 times. As for your music being labeled Christian, I disagree. A man went to a charismatic church and the band was banging away on stage, when demons appeared on the stage. The man fled. This man is now 82 or so and has taught me much about God through Scripture. He is very level headed.

@julieification well good for him, but that does not make US unchristian. WE are christians who play music and Listen to music that glorifies God. God works through everyone, who is to say that we can't be christian because our music is different and heavier than all other christian music. and as i said before. Watch I am Living: Jake Luhrs. @julieification sorry but i believe you are the one whis deceived, there is most certainly metel music out there that Glorifys God, just because it doesnt sound like a praise and worship song from sunday morning doesnt mean its "satanic". furthermore you said something about its naive Christians turn to be decieved and go to hell?? well if you are truly a Christian that means you have recieved salvation and there isnt anything that can take that away from you. Period.

That is definitely NOT Demon Hunter, bro. And The Agony Scene is NOT a Christian band, by any means. They were on Solid State, which is kind of a Christian label, but the band does not claim Christianity by any means.

why is aild #15? They're one of the best! they are much better than bands 14-12. WOA is also a beast band that is one of the best, guitar player is one of the best in the world

@Asulaydyingcrying i agree id put them higher on the list. however their guitar player is no where near one of the best in the world i can name many more who qualify to at least compete in that catagory and nobody who has ever played for AILD qualifies. although i enjoy their guitarwrok as a player myself i wouldnt give them that much credit. just my opinion

@rawiswar1995 metalcore/deathcore is a genre of metal just like progressive metal, thrash, death, black, speed, symphonic, the list goes on, but these bands are deffinitly some sort of heavy metal anyway. Weather you like them is up to you. I personally prefer Doom, sludge, progressive death metal, classic, and thrash but there were some good ones mixed in this video. As I lay Daying, War of Ages, Demon Hunter. You forgot Becoming the Archetype though. Great great band, & August Burns Red
