i agree with musefan. they shoud tour! just think of how many fans ther wer who wer 2 young to go to the wave goodbye. although watching this with big headphones on full screen makes me feel like im there lol. great quality!
Any chance you will be splitting more of the songs up into individual videos? Would love to relive Head Like A Hole, and your recordings are absolutely amazing.
totally awesome gig (apart from metal and i'm afraid of americans)
if you look cafrefully to the right of robin finck during somewhat damaged you'll see me and the other VIP donators getting escorted onto our vantage point at the side of the stage, i'm wearing a red shirt and black cap.
i'm going to be uploading a video montage of the day once i've got my video software sorted.
ace gig best ive been to in awhile you must have been stud near me as its a similar view to what i had i ve just scored tickets to knebworth so will beable to say good buy in true outdoor style...
that gig was awesome!! wish i wasn't sitting though, still had a great view of the stage!! that was my first time ever seeing NIN, i'll probably never get to see them again!!!
Not true. The NIN/JA tour was a double bill, but that was for North America. The European Wave Goodbye tour had JA as support, not as another act on the bill.
great gig i agree something i could never have would have been the nuts .. dont suppose we can have everything.. they should have done the whole gig on their own..i think that would be greatxxxx
oh you are a legend for making this. fantastic quality.
I was made up that they started with 'Somewhat Damaged', and although, since these may well be the last gigs ever, or at least for quite a while, perhaps it could have been a little less self-indulgent. by which I mean...as much as I love the likes of 'La Mer', it's not really the most engaging song live...a nice instrumental interlude it remains.
Somewhat damaged Terrible lie Heresy March of the Pigs Piggy Metal The Becoming I'm Afraid Of Americans Burn Gave Up La Mer The Fragile Gone The Way Out Is Through Wish Hurt
Sadly not. I got 4 full songs, La Mer, The Fragile, The Hand That Feeds, and Hurt. The others in this video I just shot small sections. Anything not in this, I don't have footage of.
One of the greatest nights of my life.
What camera were you using to record this?

not that the support bands were not good, but nin were bestest xx
evaoak 2 years ago
kind of annoys me that JA were just seen by most as a support band. I guess that was always going to happen, but it was intended as a dual-headline.
I preferred JA on the night, if I'm honest!
Mewwere great, a nice surprise, I didn't expect such a band to be support, but I guess Trent is a man of great taste, with a refreshingly open mind.

le mer was the perfect lead up to the fragile
only other song id liked to have seen was Something I can never have
but hey im not complaining it was awesome, to finish on hurt was sheer brilliance, I thought they played the frail also...

Was an awesom gig. Setlist was pretty perfect I'd say... Can't knock it for focusing on the downward spiral!
First 5 songs (somewhat damaged, terrible lie, heresy, march of the pigs and piggy) were the best possible way of opening the show...
