you have to get a tea from an old lady in celadon city.She is in the building near the pokemon center just talk to her and she gives u the tea then go thru any of the enterances to saffaron city and the guy will let you in

You have to save Mr.Fuji in that Lavender Town pokemon tower thing from the team rocket grunts, but you also need those sliph binoculars too.

hey if u wanna get eevee really easy then just go to the place were the lady gives u the tea to give to the guard u could go around the building by going to the pokemon center and theirs a spot to go around it do that then go to the far left to the place with the old lady and go inside the bak door and go up all the stairs and their should be a pokemon ball up their and that should have a eevee in i know this because i spent who knows wat figuring out how to get up and i got it and it was a eve
