I'm glad Pichu wasn't included in Brawl. All he is is an under powered Pikachu that hurts himself. Mewtwo was replaced with Lucario (who I don't really care for, but it's for newer generations of players, so it makes sense). Roy and Ike are practically identical moveset-wise ('cept for up special). Dr. Mario was pointless, but interesting. What I'd like to see is someone make Toon Zelda playable (and she can transform into Tetra). Young Link and Toon Link are almost identical.

It won't ruin it. if you SOFTMOD then you may brick, and you can't send to nintendo with homebrew. again. don't softmod if you plan to sell/trade your wii for a wii u. big mistake i made.

@muddychu77 I would appreciate an actual Pichu from Nintendo as well in the next game (which isn't coming out for a while... ): ). I believe there can be enough differences made between Pichu and Pikachu, despite their evolutionary relation. Perhaps there could be less moves in Pichu's moveset relying on electric power, and a different Final Smash (a medium-sized Discharge??? Slowly starts to cover an area around it), since, in canon, Pichu cannot learn Volt Tackle.

well idk why they deleted some of them from brawl but in the wii game ssbb, pikachu kinda replaces pichu, ike replaces roy, lucario replaces mewtwo, i guess luigi and mario replaces dr. mario, toon link replaces young link.

I'm glad they removed who they did... Roy was out of his time period, plus they needed to bring Ike in. Pichu was suicidal, almost all of his attacks hurt himself, and besides that, he was the same as Pikachu. Dr.Mario was way too much like Mario, just his attacks looked different. Mewtwo, well I guess he was alright, just they needed space for different Pokemon characters and also Mewtwo was out of his time period. If they had kept Mewtwo and Lucario, they would be WAY too much alike.
