Birds are delicate animals because they need to be lightweight so they can fly. Therefore their bones aren't as durable as they need to be to be able to take on MUCH larger prey repeatedly and remain healthy.

Great skill you have, and great haw. However, if you value its safety and longevity id recommend against making it kill things like deer.

I have been Hawking and it was pretty cool. What they just did is illegal in th UK which is set prey loose just to be hunted. In the UK you actually have to find the prey with the bird and then let the bird go. Trapping and releasing to kill is not sport.
