I was Disney when I saw this. We were at the park till like 3am (magic hours) and there were like 100 people just in a group staring into the sky for about an hour. It was pretty neat.

This was sweet :] i saw a full moon on that day soo i kept watching it from my window(i had a good view) somehow it became red in a few hours i was like wtf what happened then i realized it was a lunar eclipse :D

The next total lunar eclipse will be June 15, 2011. HOWEVER, the next lunar eclipse to happen on the winter solstice (first day of winter) will be in 2094.

I just couldn't stay up till 3AM to watch it. This one was special cause it was Winter Solstice and the 4th full moon in the fall season which ended at midnight with the eclipse at around 3AM EST. I watched the last lunar eclipse. Freezing out but I stayed outside for the whole thing. Very cool event to watch. That one wasn't at 3AM though....=)

@TheInternetGeek99 I didn't take the photos a friend of mine did, so I don't know anything about that process. But I put them together in AfterEffects. (lining them up so the moon stayed centred.)
