@flipnrr No you can get these off of foreign websites, provided that its an ACTUAL UMAREX licensed gun. Other than that, it's also sold stateside, as well.

i really wish people would stop calling it "open bolt"... it's "open chamber", besides, "brass tube" guns are no longer being manufactured anymore by any companies... if you have a tiny amount of knowledge about firearm you would understand why calling a 416 or any AR platforms replica "open bolt" is so wrong.

so far there are no "tuning" parts available for vFC gbbs; so please do somethung to improve this gun! :-) !

What is the compatibility with non-VFC mags, paticularly the Beta Project E-Mags?

What about accuracy, and does it take AEG inner barrels?

is this gen1 or gen2 cuz i got one gen1 already and I'm really sorry to say that but gen 1 is a pice of crap it takes 3 or 4 magazines and then it starts to disassemble itself and breaks finally......

Questions:

1) Can you put the selector on safe with the hammer down? M4 & M16 can't but hk416 can

2) Is there a hex screw on the stock infront of the adjuster to lock the stock tight? real hk416 has it

3) Do you guys intend to make NPAS for this gun? or can it use WE/TM style NPAS?

4) What is the grouping of the GBBR?

On future note, 0.2g bb and green gas is NOT information about the gas gun, the temperature of the magazine is a big determining factor.

Just another ideas from me..

1. Please extremely use and abuse this gun to know the durability and reliability of it. If some parts broken, please make an enhanced version of those parts.

2. You're going to make NPAS and tight bore barrel for this gun, right? After you installed NPAS and tight bore barrel on this gun, please also extremely use and abuse this gun, using the lowest & highest setting of the NPAS.

I own a WE416 Open bolt so:

-bad materials;

-Unrealistic trigger group (and safe can't be selected when hummer is down);

-Standard M4 bolt (WTF?)

-Magazines leaking from knocker valve (VFC never leak)

-Wobbles betwen upper and lower receiver

-After 10 magazines the bolt carrier already shows considerable signs of wear

So I couldn't advise a WE. I own a VFC and for me its better than WE.

Dear RA Tech, please take a closer look at the nozzel and nozzelshell, as well as the front of the bolt, as they tend to break on earlier models of the HK 416 from VFC. Also take a look at the hammer and bolt stop. The mags tend to leak esily. Maybe that can be improved as well. Other than that, a NPAS, hop up rubber and tight bore barrel would be nice. And by the way... the VFC / Umarex HK 416 is already on the market for about 2 years now (in Europe). This is the second genereation. Greetings!

Some user in GGi test his VFC M4 with a bomber mag and fit, but the hammer spring have not enough force to open the bomber valve.

I just ordered a completed rifle by RA-TECH last week that literally has the best of the best upgrades on this rifle and it doesn't get seized. They don't have the time to open it up because they have thousands of other things to worry about. Less than 3% of all shipments are inspected by the CBP.
