  • I have a watch that my grandfather's uncle bought around 1906. The waltham history says it has been made in 1904. the case is a bit different. (flowers on the back. there is an image of a heart and catholic cross pinted in red on the face. Where it's written equity on yours it's written Waltham on mine. THE MOVEMENT IS THE SAME AS YOURS but the serial number is 12504303.

  • I have other Equity watches with Waltham movements. But have you ever seen a size 18 Equity? 16 was supposed to be the largest.

  • Some curious things about the watch. Equity was Waltham's low-end line of watches; they normally had no more than 7 jewels. How did an equity dial end up on a mid-level P.S. Bartlett movement? Also, the case you've got it in is very nice, but the movement is made for a hunter style case. If you can find one you should switch it...
