  • Thank you!!!! I didn't know what curl ups were at first (stupid me!) Now I have to do a certain number of curl ups in gym for the national award :P Wish me luck!

  • NO you don't put ur hands behind ur head because then when u get tired u hav a tendency to pull on ur head and strain the neck and upper spine, u cross ur hands across ur chest and keep your neck and back straight, making the muscles in your neck stronger and more capable of holding ur head, like it's supposed to.

    this is my first time working out and it's not about losing weight, i just want to get that nice flat tummy. so how long do u recommend this exercise be done on a daily basis? Today i worked it out for 20min, not too bad for a first day i hope :)

    the tips are just great, thanks for uploading.. would love to see more exercises!
