On mushroom gorge at the beginning, using a mushroom you can run off the left and bounce off a mushroom. Then, u bounce off another mushroom, and onto the bridge.

mushroom gorge shortcut my ones easy on the left as you start use mushroom to boost of the edge jump on a mushroom jump on the next one and land on the wooden bridge

On mushroom gorge go 2 the tall mushroom at the start nd turn around use the boost jump on the mushroom nd on the mountain go across it nd off nd u will go into ur 2 lap start away nd repeat it

sweet, a shortcut you might want to consider on mushroom gorge is to the left of the finish line after it. use a speed boost to get to a mushroom to jump to another to cut onto the bridge.
