This Mark Harmon is a professional actor/singer living in Ft. Lauderdale. It is not, however, the Mark Harmon you are thinking of ... of "St. Elsewhere", etc.. More important,is this the REAL Jon Delfin, my old buddy with whom I haven't spoken in 5 years?
I doubt it is the Delfin I know because your comment has a minor typo and the Jon Delfin that I know incapable of such!

No, this is a different Mark Harmon (his real name, and he clarifies your point in all of his bios!). Mark lives in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, last I heard and is a wonderful professional singer and actor (and graphic artist/web designer as well). I've worked with him many times. Your Mark Harmon is a wonderful character actor who was (if I rememer correctly) once named People Magazine's 'Sexiest Man Alive.' I'll give this Mark Harmon equal status just for how well he performed this number.

Plus... the 'old man' act is only a part of the performance. Mark is about my age and since this was a few years ago, he may not have even hit 40 when this clip was recorded.

I have to say it again. Mark... you did such an amazing job on what I consider my personal-best as a songwriter. Selling simplicity WITH simplicity is the hardest thing possible for even the most talented performer. I wish I could deliver this as well as you did. Thank you.
