They are beautiful!!! If you leave the ears long they would probably be confused with the English mastiff except they don't nearly as large as the English mastiff! O think the ears are to specify the breed! It looks great on them! An English mastiff looks best with the floppy ears!!!! They r too cute!

Why are the dogs ears cut do they have problems with them if left floppy ?

@ruwithlee1970 they are cut as a personal preference, especially for show, but you can leave them long if you prefer.
