you can also press "command and tab" to change between programs. also try "command, option, control, 8" which changes the screen  photonegative WHICH IS VERY COOL :)

it's a mouse effect under iShowU HD Pro. I don't use that app anymore though... Screenflow's what Ive been rolling with.

i use ScreenFlow also, iShowU HD Pro has been nothing but pure HELL!!!.... When I play my videos back in quicktime, it looks so realistic i try to click on stuff (don't ask, i have blonde moments lol)

Gotta say, that when my HD failed and I had to start over again. The first application I redownloaded was Docker because I couldn't stand that Leopard dock.
