    I notice your instrument was tuned in solo tuning-how do you decide when to go A440 and when to go higher? I have perfect pitch, and have always been confused with solo bass...

  • @Skipper77777777 I believe the idea behind solo tuning is to give the bass more clarity, as the higher tension gives the bass a brighter sound than normal.
