  • I wish people would stop flying lawnmowers...

  • I'm starting with a PZ Polecat, then going to the UM F-27Q Stryker 180. After I master those planes will I be able to get the Habu?

  • @dittsboylogan have you flown ever before, anything?

  • Would you consider this a good beginner.

  • Cool, thanks for all your help.

    Jordan

  • Thanks so much, I first need to master the PZ P-51d though.

  • @jumpinjordan1 yes, for sure, once u are 100% confident with the pz p-51d, then move up. wait till you are confident with that plane.

  • @earthling1984

Hello earthling! My name is jordan (boy not girl) I absolutely love your videos! You gave me the confidence to fly floats on my hobbyzone super cub, with your how to take off and land video I was ready tp fly! I bought a BH P51d Mustang,(not the one with retracts and flaps) I am worried about it after what you said, but can wait! I also wanted to ask, what do you recommend for a first jet (fighter or modern day army noy commercial) Please get back to me As Soon As Possoible thanks

  • @jumpinjordan1 first jet, I would recommend the Habu. It is still my favorite jet because it is the most stable and aerobatic jet I own. It does land a bit fast, so make sure you have plenty of landing area until you get used to landing.

  • Looks like it handles slower, landing type speeds better than I thought.

  • would this be a good plane for someon who was mastered the simulator and mastered flying the F4F Wildcat?

  • @watermelonboy100 you could probably handle the habu just fine if you have mastered those 2 things.

  • good flyer and trainer.........Turbine now! ;D

  • Best part of this Video is hearing the Dirtbag Nitro guy yell "dead stick" Nitro is dead people get on-board with electric..

  • hahahahaah horrible flier

  • @elvedin555 this was after I had flown for only about 2 months tops. and damn I was good for only 2 months, now a year late, my skills have progressed faster than I have seen or heard of anyone else progressing. hell yea! :)

  • Thanks for the vid - Looks a great plane. Trying to decide which to buy.....

  • @eddiejcc if you want a jet, the Habu, in my opinion, is still the very best option. Fast & powerful = less likely to stall over the cheaper jets. also the airframe is just amazing. it is smooth and stable, and flies right where you put it. it is also very aerobatic for a jet, being able to do hammeheads, knife edges, and more! Can't go wrong with the Habu!

  • great job..good stuff..thanks

  • Nice flying!

  • cant understand why there is so many annoying people asking if they can fly it!

I fly a cow and a pig can i fly this lamb?????

for Good sake. get a simulator or just get the plane and see if you can or cannot fly it!

  • @jamiepimenta You could not be more correct. People get a Phoenix V3 it has the Habu. It is not a beginner plane you will kill someone. If fact you should master a t-28 trojan before you ever even try to fly this one.

  • a couple of members of the flying club I belong to, own habu . What is your opinion on the new HABU 32 from Eflite? Good flight

  • Is it hard to fly Habu? does it take long runway to take off and land? Is it hard to land it? I mean is it tricky to land it?

I have flown only wingsmaker handyman and Parkzone T-28 and Corsair. Can i handle it?

    Thanks

  • it flys good, how much is it rtf?

  • @starmakerstudios check it out on horizon hobby website.

  • @starmakerstudios haha, RTF? high performance edf's NEVER come in ready to fly, and this is no exception.

  • @nwjt no thanks.

  • i have to say ive also had quite a few park zone planes and havent had any major issues with any of them. well sorted planes.

  • well thats the first plane you had in one piece. though ya landing need work. so does your taxiing. have some mechanical sympathy dude.

  • @socommk233 I first got the Ember 2 by parkzone a little over a year ago, then the PZ P-51D and the Parkzone SU-26m. After that, I kept going and got lots of warbirds. Then I got more helicopters and now am into 3D plane and helicopter flight. I have a list of most of my RC on my channel page.

  • Type PRIZE before youtube and hit enter

  • It is very difficult to fly?

  • @MultiEmenems well, it flies very smooth and stable for a jet, but it is fast, so you need quick fingers. If you can fly a 4ch plane with ease, then the habu shouldn't be a problem.

  • @earthling1984 Hi I,ve just bought habu airframe only and wondering what wattage your pulling

    Thanks

  • @reedy93 hmm. I'd have to test it, I can't remember off hand. If you are building froms scratch, I'd recommend the delta v 3200kv motor with a 80A to 100A esc and a 5cell lipo(about 2600mah). Or if you want to stick with 4cells, get the stronger delta v 3600kv (this motor can only be used with 4cells, not 5, it will burn out with 5 pretty quick).

  • I hate those annoying bypassers or other pilots who aways iterupt you or scarily stare at you whyle your flying...

  • @plane1233

    :-)

  • air brakes are a must for this plane i see. great job!

  • fpv gear on it

  • How about a nice slow roll any one can twinkle roll and a nice slow inverted pass :-)

  • @funfly3 yup, jet will do those just fine too!

  • where is the flight field?

  • friggn gas plains ruined video...Bugger

  • @plexco1 heh, sorry :(

  • Hey I have a question, what transmitter are you using and which would you recomend, DX6i??

  • Such a nice runway to have. Good size too.

  • @MrHelidude It is a nice and smooth runway. It was just built last year in 2009.

  • please can you tell me what the flight time for this plane is because in the past my edf's have been very inefficient?

  • @iskateu247 on stock setup and battery about 4 minutes with high throttle usage. If you fly around slow you can get like 6minutes(but who wants to fly a jet slow). Most jets don't get the best flight times, but they sure are fun to fly! So stock up on batteries :)

  • awesome do you have any other cool videos?

  • @deantina sure.. check out my other vids.. I plan to make more 'trick/stunt' flying vids soon. I have been doing a lot of reviews of jets recently. Some without rudders. I did just upload a touch-n-go video today, did some nice touch-n-gos with a jet. But yeah, just search my vids :)

  • Keep practicing you will improve your just a little rough and twitchy.practice makes perfect.

  • @deantina Thanks.. I have only been flying for a few months. This video is a couple months old, and I already have improved from this video 10 fold :) Probably one of best pilot skills there is... I learn super fast :)

  • Hard to tell with carmera, but your flying is really jerky, not very smooth. Your inverted flights are not flat and smooth, your bouncing all over. Not bad for a video game flyer.

  • @robg112 lol, i fly amazing, sorry you are jealous or something, but please, lol, your comment is just stupid.

  • @JuKYuK187 I have no idea what 'nortie' is...

  • Check out the oil filled suspension langing gear for the Habu! they are available at vigilante-rc. It helps with the ladings big time!

  • @vigilanterc is it retracts of just oil filled landing gear? If just oil filled, it is probably bulkier/heavier... would be worth it if it was retracts though.

  • @earthling1984 They are not retracts and they are very light and help with the landings for sure.. Al ready sold many sets of them and I keep them on my jet all the time. I am trying to get the U-tube vids up buy my Digital Video cam shoots in .MOD format and I cannot figure how to convert it yet.....All MPEG conversions seem to fail....need to contact JVC to see why.

  • wow

  • how long does the stock batter last for u , with a "tricks" flight?

  • @parkzonecorsairtips about 4 to 5 minutes with high throttle for most of flight. If you keep it at max throttle for whole flight, u will only get about 3 and a half minute.

  • I can easily fly the parkzone corsair, i can do every trick...so do u think i will able to hadle the habu?

  • @parkzonecorsairtips yes, u should be fine!

  • parkzone makes the best planes. unlike nitroplanes and bananahobby. the only good company is airfield which is sold on nitroplanes.

  • is that really hard to land?need your comment on the landing. please reply before i buy a habu.

  • @clyde0830 sorry I didn't respond sooner. It is a little harder to slow down than a warbird or a plane, however, landing is pretty easy. It doesn't stall really and it just goes straight like a dart. Just do a few 'test landings' then when you feel comfortable land it.

  • You're a brave flyer! I don't know if I've gone that low on inverted passes.

  • @Admiral1428 Thanks :) I'd like to take all the credit, but this jet flies amazingly smooth and goes right where I tell it. Having a plane/jet that is made so well, and flies so good, makes a big difference! Another wonderul product from ParkZone!

  • I've never flown an edf :s wish I had some bloody money!

  • looking good with the habo

  • I guess you are a good pilot ! . Wow gr8 flying. That plane looks like fun.

  • @lewandlo Thanks:) Yeah, this plane/jet is awesome! You can see the quality here of HH products!

  • The sounds of the slimers ruined the beginning of the video.

  • @jp00000420 i agree they were loud at the start :(

  • Hey man if you really want to get in some low passes I would suggest a parkzone stryker I have heard from my uncle they are stable and fast

  • @Lilbanks96 Thanks for the comment! I have thought about the stryker. I could get the Habu lower, it flies amazing! I just am scared to get much lower cus I don't want to break it! But next video I will get lower :)

  • i really want the habu!!!

  • How long are flight times? It looks very durable too :P

  • awesome plane, the crazy red one looks cool but its too scycothic lmao, this one is cool to and crazy stunts!

  • Lower lower lower!!!!

  • @Allwaystaynfly hehe, ok next time :)

  • i always watch these just for the landing part :D

  • @WiseOldDudee lol :) First one was a little bouncy ;p

  • Wow thats some sturdy wings! Excellent flying, knife edge takes skill!

  • @E744763Productions Thanks much!!! Yeah this thing is very sturdy, made of 'silver' Z-foam.

  • Didnt realise how big they were until you had it held next to you. How much does something like that cost?

  • @mildredsmonkey it is $299 for the PNP or $399 for the BNF.

  • Nice flying :-) I hear clicking, are you using dual rates on your radio?

  • @Skydive4ever no, no dual rates, no expo. I never use expo or dual rates. I like it to be completely in my hands :)

  • ...

    Good video.

    Nice inverted flying.

    Thumbs Up ~ Eric

  • @joehandsome99 Thanks! I love the habu!!!!
