  • are those stock fans? i have a H70 that I enjoy but i am going to replace the stock fans maybe even get an H100 or something extreme like that

  • I'm torn between using my Noctua fans, or Xigmatek fans on my push/pull config. Both fans perform exactly the same.

  • @Highlander01 go with which ever ones look better in your case =)

  • @SerpentSouI Don't matter now. Bought the Thermalright Silver Arrow.

  • @Highlander01 good choice, its much better than the h50

  • @SerpentSouI Yeah, its a nice cooler. Massive, but its worth it.

  • this sounds like there is air in the loop..... normally this can be fixed by turning off the system completely... then turn back on after 30 seconds..... however if the noise persists then you may need to contact corsair and then maybe rma

  • Looks like all the noise is coming from the second fan dummy

  • what cpu are you using, are you overclocking it, and what are the temps. I'm thinking about getting this liquid cooling in the future.

  • Overcloked?

  • 0:02 was that a spark?

  • MY EARS! D:

    ...wait...

  • are you pushing the air out or in cosair recomends pushing cold air in to the case, does your case temp get hot , i whant to get one and push air out

  • I'm using a Q9550 at stock speed with and H50 and I'm getting about 43-38-38-34 at idle...I'm not too sure if that's alright I'm only using the one fan that came with it and the thermal paste(which I'll probably be replacing soon anyways) So my question is should I get a second fan for this and what kind of screws do I need to attach one? Sorry if this is a noob question lol

  • whats the point in making a video on noise when it relates directly to how loud each youtuber has their speakers turned up ? 100 percent pointless.

  • Well might not be useful for you, but it can be useful to many. Whats the point of posting a pointless comment?

  • ouuccchhh

  • @garystorey well why in the fuck are you looking at it then dickheads whingeing maggots all over utube..STFU

  • @garystorey

Awesome comment and totally agree, they should infact be using a decibel meter to show level of noise

  • @garystorey Comment on a pointless video seems to be a double fail tbh, so congratulations to you for being a double fucktard.

  • @UnrealGlider and replying to a comment on a pointless video makes you a triple fucktard and failmaster general. Congratulations, what will you be spending your fail points on ? another useless comment perhaps ?

  • @garystorey Not really, because I found the video informative. I was merely pointing it out from your point of view :)

  • @garystorey Its comparable to the other fans in the computer...

  • Whats about the fan on the radiator inside the case (the noctua =D) Is it blowing air from inside onto the radiator or from the outside?

  • to what can you compare the noice? to a stock cooler of 20db to 25db? or a more quiet cooler like 16db ore something?

  • Its VERY quiet, VERY VERY quiet... I do not have a db meter, and actually noise is subject to ambient noise, but I have to tell you, that the Scythe PWM fan + the H50 is VERY VERY VERY silent, to a point where we dont even know if its working.

  • Have you overclocked your Q9550?

  • Well I am using it at 3.8Ghz

  • Omg! I have overclocked my Q9550 at 3.82Ghz too and i'm getting 60 to 62 C with the CoolerMaster V8 (full load)

  • Hey bud, you should go tto the Corsair forum and talk to RAM GUY or any of their technical support members and link them to this video! They will most likely replace it, cause that's unacceptable!

  • wtf it doesn't do that to me

  • but with the fans you´re forcing the hot air in the radiator ?!?!? .... bad cooling ?!?!

  • YOU HAVE TWO FANS?????

  • yup when i recorded the video it was in push-pull config, as i do not want hot air IN the case.... BUt after some testing I used the original config, with only one fan (Scythe PWM) sucking air from outside...

  • I noticed this noise from my cooler to, it did it only 3 times and it was due to the water forcing through and kinda working it's way through the tubes as if it were kinked, but no longer does it.

  • Is that weird scratching noise that goes on and off the cooler?

  • No, the noise is from background noise and the camera lens focusing. the pump and fans are very quiet.

  • @jonathansp has to be the hard drive. just my guess.

  • haha youre using the noctua fan. i was thinking about this right before i clicked your video.

  • what noctua fan r u using??

  • the 1300rpm one... NF P12 1300 :)

  • im gna sell my domino alc and get this, its quieter and more efficient.

  • Hi, good vi. I notice you'r forcing hot air out of the case like a standard cooler. Aren't you suppose to force air into the case with the H50?

  • hi! Yes, thats why I used two fans, in push-pull, I dont want the heat insidd the case, I want the heat to go out of the case. :)

  • Hi there! no.. I do not find it noisy, the background noise is from the other fans and the nvidia fan. Currently Im using an Q9550 c1, I am not an overclocker, but I want silence, and the h50 was perfect for me! It helped me lower my temperature (on my undervolted q9550) and helped to reduce noise.

  • Hi aishaigt do u finde that this is noisy?

Because i wanna buy it too and i would have a quietly Case.^^

And how about with OC? WIch CPU you have and how much do you can OC? ;-)
