  • hey we make pretty much the same protein shake in the morning except i dont put a banana i just use the frozen berries and i use almond milk instead of water.

    That was 1 cup of raw oatmeal he put in, I just take two handfuls.

  • good food, i eat this also, it beats any other breakfast

  • i brush my teeth before breakfast, i rinse well so it doesn't taste bad when i eat, doing this is a lot better in my opinion, because when you eat first before brushing your teeth the food rubbing against your your gums and teeth collects all the tart that builds up over night. If  you brush before you eat and your worried about bad breathe you could always use mouth wash and then do a quick light and gentle brushing with just water

  • @808MyPastTime if you are going to make a morning shake i would say take a multivitamin and make the shake i take while im getting ready for football 10 oz water or milk in your case, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, flaxseed oil, and 40 to 50 grams of protein

  • @808MyPastTime if its pre-workout you should use whey isolate because you absorb it faster. post workout same thing, at night casein protein because it digests slowly while you sleep (and build muscle)

  • @martinhagen123456 - use frozen berries, that way u dont waste space in your blender and stomach as well with the ice cubes - that will just add extra water to your shake that you don't really need ... also make sure to drink a lot of water during the day if you're taking in a lot of protein so it doesn't strain your kidneys & liver too much
