box is around 10.5 cubic feet NET with less then 90 square inches of port area. Reactive load in this enclosure is way lower then the other boxes that have been in the vehicle

generally the smaller the box the more port area...the lower reactive. Obviously this varies application to application..keep in mind also I have seen some vehicles where that is not always the case though

so for example steve meades enclosure for his btl's has a smaller port area for the enclosure. i think something like 6^2 inches per cubic foot. so this would lead to a higher reactive load correct? also, an increase in resistance to current would mean that the woofer isn't allowing as much power??

that is correct its around 6/cube. I couldn't tell you his reactive but I know it has to be somewhat lower. A good example of an application where that may not be the case. Yes, that is correct higher resistance is less power
