@giacomopischedda Thanks man. I actually like this exercise a lot. It seems to make the curl really strong because it helps the top of the movement a lot, you feel it good.. give it a shot man and let me know how it turns out
Nice work Ty! Those seated curls have a bit of a different feel since you start from more off a bend in the arm but can almost simulate curl lockouts at a low height..
I did seated curls yesterday! They were definitely harder, but the form is much better. :) I even filmed it, so look forward to it :) Anyways, great job buddy!
@IncredibleHulkRobert Thanks Bobby, I am looking forward to seeing that video up of urs. But yea, they are hard, feels like the top of the curl gets stronger from them
Those are great! Doing them seated like that probably makes it harder yes? In which case 140 X 2 is probably equal to 140 X 6 standing. You're probably at about my level in curls.
@oratorman Thanks man! yes, those are harder, or equal to a wall curl. I like going really strict. I can probably curl 140X6 like you, but 140 against the wall with no back movement at all. Standing wit a tad of swing i can prolly do 140X6, like small back movement.
I like this exercise, it seems to really strengthen the top of ur curl
Nice job, I'll try it next WO....

@powabuilda Yea thanks Nate, the curls seem to help the lockout. I felt inside that i had 3 res with 140, but just stopped and saved for the cheats
