As much as I hate the Tar Sands, it's not just the fault of the Canadian government. It's other countries who keep buying the oil and keeping the Sands in buisness. Canadians don't even use the oil from the Sands. So if you're going to blame Canada for producing it, you've got to blame other countries for buying it, which encourages Canada to produce it.
