  • CaptainRon474, what I was alluring to in the video was the tsunami waves sweeping the globe. The shear force of all that water and deb-re would have crushed the Ark. I thought the video was more Hollywood than truth! I

  • As a believer in the Flood, I must say this video was the most ignorant display on how the flood occurred. I can't believe that the creation museum promotes this view. Where was the rain. I expect better from you. I bet the atheist are having a field day with this one.

  • @Robertith Easily. Because it's a joke all the way around.

  • @Robertith Au contraire' friend. Your first mistake is in assuming it was solely rainwater that flooded earth. Don't forget, it only rained 40 days & nites, but the water continued to rise for another 150 days. The only obvious explanation is in the Bible (read Genesis 6-9). The water came from the fountains of the great deep. Check out Walt Brown's "Hydroplate Theory" video. Continual rain would have cooked the earth before it flooded. Get a little science knowledge on your side & you'll get it

  • Any one notice the lack of rain?

  • @snatchUfromfire I noticed a lack of factual information.

  • So many dislikes. Funny how we atheist are so smart yet so quick to shoot the messenger.

  • 40 DAYS AND 40 NIGHTS, thats the amount of time it took for the waters to engulf the whole earth, not some immediate horridly apocalyptic ULTRAMEGATSUNAMI! the ark was LIFTED above the mountains, fountains of the deep were broken and the gates of the heavens were loosed rain+fountains= 40 day flood.. now if someone made a model based on how PACED the waters had to rise in 40 days i'd be more likely to appreciate that model better, if your going to re-enact a biblical event do it right plz.

  • @realistromeo Now that's an interesting idea: "if your going to re-enact a biblical event do it right plz." Except for the fact that this never happened. The rocks just say no. And not only no, but "No effing way!"

  • only God is perfect but God didn't create more of the same.. by faith God created what never existed before and by definition that is the divine experiment..

  • What kind of sick freak creates something...knows exactly what is going to happen to the thing he created, and then in the future decides he is going to kill everything he created because it was screwed up. Man, if I were a christian I would be really pissed off at god for basically being as asshole.

  • @mrfinn9

you never heard the expression; to make an omelet you need to break some eggs?

  • @muzalot This expression refers to making mistakes in the process. And I find it rather callous to refer to millions of deaths as a few broken eggs.

  • @mrfinn9

the expression often refers to a necessary process and not a mistake.. forrest fires consume everything without prejudice and yet that very same fire is fundamentally necessary to the process of reforestation..

  • @muzalot True...but we don't praise the arsonist for starting the fire regardless of what good comes from it.

  • @mrfinn9

the arsonist merely burns things down, he doesn't stick around to rebuild..

  • @muzalot We could go on and on with this. But, I think you know that I am right. You can defend the actions of your insane god because you believe in him and I can knock him because I don't. You have faith in something so horrible and manic that it defies comprehension and rational thought. Yet you love him and you think he loves you. So i leave you to your delusions and I hope you are too disappointed when you die.

  • 1:30 Bring it on motherfuckers !! i have an Ark ! im not afraid !!

  • This is a VERY good animation. I love it. The CGI is amazing. A lot better than walt browns animation lol. Very good presentation. I like it.

Unfortunately the idea that it depicts is complete bullshit

  • Love this video. Great interpritation of the flood!

  • Noah's arc wouldn't make it for a number of reasons. If the water went up 30,000 ft. (enough to cover the highest point on the earth) the atmosphere would be too cold at that level and the air would be too thin. Fresh water and salt water would mix leaving only salt water which would kill all fresh water life. Also, 2 of every animal isn't enough genetic diversity to repopulate the earth. You'd have to inbreed which would lead to congenital birth defects. 8 people is not enough either.

  • Interesting how those who follow the religion of science & evolution which has been fully debunked can only wimper cry & bash the evidence right before their eyes. 75% of the earth is covered in sediments, 75% covered with water - but we just can't bring our tiny minds to accept 100% coverage.

The earth came from a swirling cloud of dust into a molten ball - DNA can accidentally produce new information of perfect design? - Now that you need real faith for.

  • @smitpr1 You really need to read this work (among many others): Wilgus, Cheryl K. and William T. Holser, 1984. "Marine and Nonmarine Salts of Western Interior, United States," AAPG Bulletin. p. 765-766. No flood sparky. Nice try though.

  • lol. noah? flood? come on!

  • dumbest video ever. . . there were floods but tsunami's can't do it like that, the water recedes. It's called historical global warming. . . as evidence, the tsunami in india only changed th coast it didn't drown the region. . . idk who the moron who put this video together is, but i hope they fired his sorry pathetic butt

  • Noah's Flood messed up the real estate, big time! No wonder this world looks so "old", as uniformitarianism stresses.

Uniformitarianism was even prophesied in the Bible.

  • If the Flood was local, then God has repeatedly broken His promise to never again send such a flood.

  • @Eye2EyeIIIV

Yet another very good point for old-earth creationists to pay heed to!

  • @Eye2EyeIIIV You seem to miss the whole about how impotent needing a flood makes a "deity". Why not just wack the wicked? Worked during the Plagues for Moses. What, was Yawhe waiting to "level up"?

  • They didn't show the wave crushing the Ark.

  • So, giant wave drowns land with enough force to destroy every other ship on earth and reshape the continents, but somehow magically doesn't crack a poorly designed wooden box holding 1.5 million species of animals, which are cared for by an old man and 6 relatives, which then go on to repopulate the world from australia to america, all without leaving a single piece of evidence?

If you believe that, I have this bridge you might be interested in...

  • @amandarandom89 it wasn't poorly designed. it had an ingenous method of construction. tos wooden boards aren't coming apart once water touches them. the boards expand and lock into place. i am not knowledged enough to tell you all the engineering in the construction. Look at egyptian and greek ships.

  • @amandarandom89 Remember GOD told Noah how to build the ark. GOD knew what He was doing. GOD is able to do anything.

  • @1954phyllis Wait. God told noah how to build the ark and it worked? God could not even get people to act the way he wanted (thus the flood to kill them all). If god is able to do anything why not just snap his fingers and set people straight? Why kill them all? If anything is possible than he could have done this right? And if you think it was part of a "plan" I would question the person who plans mass murder as a solution. Just think about this a second. Really think about it.

  • @mrfinn9 Do you really think that God would be so stupid that He wouldn't have enough sense to tell Noah how to build an ark. His knowledge is beyond mankind's comprehension so it is obvious He is able to do what he chooses. Well actually men and women then had Noah preaching to them for over a hundred years. He kept on telling them that there was a flood comihg and they just laughed and mocked him. See God gave them every opportunity to get in the ark. So who's fault was it?

  • @1954phyllis I am not arguing what god said. I am talking about the illogical actions of god. If god was capable of creating man and then destroying them: why not just snap his fingers and remake man in a less wicked fashion without drowning them. And if it was part of a plan, how can anyone choose to worship someone who drowned the entire planet and everything on it. This makes no sense unless you concede that god is jealous, petty and a truly horrid being.

  • @1954phyllis Well, this is the same god who created the sun after the plants....so yeah, it's pretty stupid.

  • @1954phyllis If someone had been saying there was a flood coming for 100 years and it didn't come, why would anyone believe him. Not to mention, how old is this idiot. Wow! You're powerful dumb.

  • @whiteyvanpeebles You're the one that is a idiot. Frankly, I'm getting tired of being bothered by you. You atheists constantly attack Christians but you cant back up anything that you believe. I for one choose to believe the voice of truth and that is the voice of Jesus. I dont care if you go and jump in a lake. Stop bothering me.

  • @1954phyllis Alright, I'll stop bothering you, if you provide observable evidence and data to support your claim the the natural world was not only "created," but also created by your particular god. Not Bible quotes, not wishful thinking, actual observable, in the natural world, evidence of creation, by your specific god. Let's see it, liar.

  • @amandarandom89

The Ark was anything but poorly design. It was over 300 ft and took 120 years to build.

  • I like how the "flood jets" rise about a thousand miles above the earth's surface. That would put them in a high orbit. Very dramatic for this animation. Not very realistic.

  • It rained for 40 days and nights, not an instant wipe out. People were alive until there was no more land left, and then they drowned. This depiction is incorrect. They have found skeletons of giants up high in the mountains. The giants tryed to run to higher ground, and were probably safe for a while, until the rain and floods killed them.

  • Read your bible again.

The waters stayed at 30,000 feet for 150 days, and Noah didn't step outside until he was 601 years old, a YEAR and 10 days after he got in the boat.

No such thing as giants either.

This is a fairy tale, pure and simple.

  • Read your bible again moron. The Nephilum were giants,it's all over the old testament. I hope you believe in Jesus Christ as your Saviour, because if not, Hell is waiting for you, and THE Lake of Fire is where you'll spend eternity.

  • Ahhh right, and because the bible says it, therefor it is true!!!

    HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!!

    Grow the fuck up.

  • @irvinemuscles: Ah yes, Pascal's wager. I really should leave the science behind and just follow blindly where you lead? The fact that you use such a device to spread your BS is beyond hypocritical. Stick to the muscle cars. Leave science to those who have the capacity for it dear.

  • I'd rather be a fool in the eyes of man, than a fool in the eyes of God. No use throwing pearls among swine; Gospels. You've already hardened your heart, only a miracle of God would change your hellbound beliefs now.

  • @irvinemuscles: "I'd rather be a fool in the eyes of man, than a fool in the eyes of God." Well, you're half way there. As far as the rest of your post, really meaningless. Bogeyman tales don't scare me, much less get my attention. What does get my interest is data. And there is no data to support either your YEC conceits nor opinion that your idea of divinity is the correct one. There are many faiths older than christianity, and those have more proof of their views.

  • "The waters stayed at 30,000 feet for 150 days"

You can't use the current geography of the world to make your claim. The flood changed it.

"The waters rose and covered the mountains to a depth of more than twenty feet."

You don't know how big the tallest mountain was at the time of Noah so you can not give us a total depth. The tallest Mountains of today where likely formed at the latter stages of the flood.

  • "You can't use the current geography of the world to make your claim. The flood changed it."

You stupid retard, thats a direct quote from the bible.

The water didn't start to recede until after 150 days.

The waters flooded the entire planet for a YEAR and TEN days.

    Read your fucking book, idiot.

  • @ThatOneQuestion: Isn't always funny that those who so voicerferously defend the bible or other "holy books" have never really read it in it's entireity? They never approach with a critical eye and swallow what they are told. I knew it was bullshit when I was 7. All I had to do is ask, "OK, who's Mrs Cain?" It's called apolgetics for a reason. The bastards should be on their knees apologizing for how fucked up humanity is because of these teachings.

  • @magick205

    Absolutely, makick205.

3rdKrypton is a Hovind supporter who relies on NephilimFree for support, that should tell you all you need to know about him.

I'm making a video now that has him in contradiction with his own words, just because he believes it might support Walt Brown's Hydroplate bullshit.

Its really quite funny. 3rdKrypton invited Nephy to argue with me, and he only succeeded in embarrassing himself.

  • I don't picture Noah (Noah's Ark) as an old man with a big white beard; I picture him as a giant with the appearance of John the Baptist.

  • If you notice, God took HIS people onto and Ark that He had Noah build. And Noah built in faithfully no matter what the other non-believing people said. And because of all the sin he wiped out all who didn't belive in Him. Noah and his family were safe in the Ark even BEFORE the flood came. You need to be saved before Jesus comes back again! He shut the door to the ark, for when he comes back theres no more who can join Noah in saftey.

  • It could not happen that fast, you need time for the people to run up hill so their fossils will be buried above the dinosaur fossils. But fast enough the dinosaurs can run half way up the hills.

  • watch?v=IXZCEJwiC3A

    think outside the box :)

  • watch noahs flood debunked 1+2

  • @Eye2EyeIIIV: "watch?v=IXZCEJwiC3A"?Video removed for copyright reasons. Please try again.

  • Did you know that Noah didn't have to go get the animals? God SENT the animals TO Noah! God had control over all the animals' minds for a whole year until the Flood was over.

  • nurglesbliss, "Like Noah's Flood, If Harry Potter or Star Wars weren't invented, we wouldn't have the story today."

Oh, c'mon. Harry Potter & Star Wars were invented by the entertaining secular world. Noahs Flood was an event witnessed by meticulous godly people (and even the mystery of Atlantis can agree with that account—therere are more than 270 surviving flood legends that all have the same elements that relate to Noahs Flood.)

    PS: God cannot lie.

  • it is as it was!

  • I love how the ark was not crushed by the miles high wave!

  • Just where is that Ark? after all it was 3 foootball fields long or so? not ONE single piece of evidence for a biblical Ark of a Noah. I mean, its the 21st century, if it exist go find it. Or else stop this nonsense.

  • Dude, the WOODEN ark was made 4000 years ago. There's strong chance that that wood ROTTED away.

Don't you hate it when science agrees with Christians?

  • @3rdKrypton: Yeah. It just too bad there are still 5000 year old logs coming out of river banks in Texas. So I really love it when you get xtians talking out their asses and them getting caught doing it.

  • ...much less a difference of opinion than it is outright hate there magick205. I see much anger in you.

Why do you hate so much? Does your hate make you better?

  • @3rdKrypton: I notice that you aren't answering the challenges laid out, but rather trying to project your apparent insecurity on to me. Perhaps you seem to miss the point? Science, in all senses, supports the rationalist view. No flood. No evidence for flood. No mechanism to cause or clear such. All that remains is the mental convolutions and gymnastics of minds to support their bronze age worldview. You would do Eric Blair proud.

  • I don't answer because I don't care. You're just baiting for an internet comment fight. Its immature, and laughable.

Pretty sad too. Go bait someone else.

  • @3rdKrypton: "I don't answer because I don't care.' That in itself says much. Then why bother to comment at all? But as you already have: Nonresponsive. Ergo, irrelevant. The clear facts are, and demonstrated time and time again, when a YECer makes a statement of "fact" it is invariably pulled ad hoc from some legitimate data source. Further investigation shows the true context of the finding and the fact that it does not support YEC mythology, Reply, or not. Immaterial. The facts stand clearly.

  • Go pick a fight with someone else. I'm done. I'm sure you'll raise your hands and go, "HA HAAAAAAAA! He RAN from FEAR of me!"

When I really just ignored you, because you're a child.

  • @3rdKrypton: Fascinating. Like most YECers you have some very interesting use of the English language. For someone who "ignoring me" you seem to have much to say. Unfortunately, it's all been seen before. And if you do run, it's not out of fear of me. No sir. It's out of fear of your doctrine being exposed for what it is. A myth. Best left to next edition of Bullfinch's. Defending the faith? Rubbish.

  • @magick205

3rdKrypton tries to pretend he is an intellectual, and I gave him the benefit of my doubts, but he committed intellectual suicide anyway.

Rather than condemn is buddy NephilimFree on something he knew was wrong, he remained silent.

    It was pretty damn telling.

He is just as dishonest as his friend.

The most minuscule of effort can expose both of their ignorance and blind faith. They think it is a strength...

  • @ThatOneQuestion: And that obvious dishonesty is really just sad. While I know the factual basis of christianity is fallacious, there is much to be said for the doctrines of compassion, self-sacrifice, and social justice that it tries to promote. However, just try to discuss the very liberal aspects of these ideas with any YECer or conservative and watch them lose their mind. The people who say they defend the faith do the most to drive people from it.

  • @3rdKrypton

    "I don't answer because I don't care."

    Exactly. Blind faith.

Just like refusing to answer me and take a stand with or against Nephy with his laughable assertion that oceanic currents avoided the main island of Hawaii to hit the smaller NW islands harder and cause more erosion, rather than admit those were much older islands that were once over the hot spot.

You are immature, 3rdKrypton, and you simply cant deal with the facts.

  • people actually believe this?

  • /watch?v=XEev-0uyki4 Free Hovind!

  • Like the Bible says:

    II Peter 3:3-6

Knowing this first, there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their lusts... And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water. Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished.

  • God has changed my life forever, because I read the Bible and it's the clearest most wise thing I have ever read! In fact, I think Kent Hovind, crazy as he may be for skimping the IRS, might just know something most people don't. Yes, in fact, God judged the world just a few thousand years ago with a big flood. Everything in Geology and Genetics points to it so clearly! And he is going to judge everyone again, at the end of the age - that could be very soon, and coming to a town near you.

  • "I think Kent Hovind, crazy as he may be for skimping the IRS, might just know something most people don't."

The man believes that man and dinosaur continue to coexist.

"Everything in Geology and Genetics points to it so clearly!"

    1. Citation needed.

    2. Why is there not a global flood layer?

3.Why do different mountain ranges show different levels of erosion?

    4. Explain to me where this evidence is in genetics.

  • "Why DO many peple choose to believe in Evolution?"

    1) For some, that's all they've been taught.

    2) Some believe it because their job depends on it

    3) Some just simply hop-e there's no God to answer to.

    4) Some have simply too much pride to admit they've been wrong.

PS: Life cannot evolve with or without Oxygen.

  • "Eye2Eye35"

1.Every shred of evidence, from our own DNA to the fossil record, supports it. Therefore it is and should be taught.

    2. Never met someone that feared for his job by not accepting evolution, this is in fact a myth.

3.Answer for what? Following the massive evidence trail to the conclusion of evolution. If your god is being so deceitful why do you worship him?

4.Religion assures absolute truths, how much more egotistical and prideful can you get?

  • If you are talking about abiogensis it can happen without free oxygen. Oxygen in fact is toxic to some forms of life and was most likely toxic to early cells.

Cells able to carry out aerobic respiration would have been selected for when oxygen levels increased.

  • In fact, Oxygen at some point was a pollutant to anaerobic organisms, and was responsible for the first mass extinction on earth, when most anaerobic life disappeared.

It only remained in special ecological niches where we can find it today (like the solphur hot water vents in the bottom of the ocean)

  • In other words aerobic metabolism was selected for.

  • If Noah's Flood didn't happen, we wouldn't have the story today.

  • If Star Wars or Harry Potter did not happen, we would not have the story today.

People make up stories. The flood story was most likely made to explain a really bad flood. Flood stories being around the world is evidence that floods happen around the world (early settlements were next to bodies of water).

  • The next time, it will be by fire.

  • "How did Noah fit all those millions of animals on that little ark?" Well, the Bible clearly says God told Noah to bring animals:

    1) That live on land

    2) After their kind (not species)

    3) With nostrils (no insects. Insects can survive a flood by flying, floating on dead carcasses, or burrow in the mud.)

    4) Bring baby animals (because they're smaller, weigh less, eat less, sleep a lot more, tougher, and will live longer to produce more offspring.)

The Ark was HUGE. Capacity= c. 552 train cars.

  • 1.If Noah only retrieved kinds you would have to have a mechanism to explain the bio diversity today.

2.Most insects would have been wiped out. Most insects do not fly and the ones that do cannot fly for the length of time they would need to. On top of that their food sources would have been wiped out.

3.Two animals( or six) are not enough to support a viable population.

4.Does not explain how plants survived or where the water came from, most importantly where the water went.

  • It is narrow-minded to say "Bible believers can't be scientists". The truth is, MANY scientists of the past, who established the basics of Science, were biblical creationists:

Sir Francis Bacon (the scientific method)

Johannes Kepler (laws of planetary motion)

Sir Isaac Newton (gravity and calculus)

    Louis Pasteur (microbiology)

James Clerk Maxwell (laws of electricity and magnetism)

    Raymond V. Damadian (MRI)

  • creationists try to explain away the lack of fossilized humans and artifacts in deep strata, while presenting the flood as an instant event like in this video.. doesnt add up

  • The bibblical flood is pure nonsense. If you believe in the biblical flood, you believe that your god is the greatest genocidal mass murderer of all times.

The biblical flood story is so ridiculous, i must advice psychiatric counceling if you truly believe this has happened as told in the bible.,

50 train cars.

  • Science (definition) - things we can observe and study, and test, and demonstrate. Mix this with that, it explodes. Hydrogen and Oxygen make water, first law of thermodynamics, oxygen is what helps a rocket fly - REAL Science.

Evolution is just a belief system. And most scientists give an IMPRESSION across that they've got proof for evolution when it's really proof for something else.

Evolution has nothing to do with Science as much as beer has nothing to do with sports.

  • Thanks Kent Hovind, we've really missed you

  • The greatest disaster in HISTORY!!!

  • Wow... this is a REALLY good animation. But remember, not ALL the fish were destroyed. A lot of fish could have survived that Flood since they live in water. It can really show why this Earth looks so old and busted up. It can show that the earth is a lot younger than most people think.

PS: Carbon dating cannot tell us how old something is, since radiation from the sun gets in. They once dated a mammoth; it's leg was 20,000 years old but the skin from the same mammoth dating 44,000 years.

  • Actually few fish could have survived the mix of fresh water and salt water, and the presure of the weight of all that water would have compacted the earth, making it hard to judge the years that had passed,(kinda like a cubit zirconia diamond)..but thats just my theory

  • telligrain, all the original water was mostly fresh water, God made a PERFECT world. The ocean is full of salt water TODAY, but over the past thousands of years [after the Flood], rivers and streams have been continually carrying mineral deposits and dumping them into the oceans; the oceans 3.7% salt up to this day.

  • Could you tell us where the article about the supposed mammoth story and how the sun messes up carbon dating?

  • jdbadboy, /watch?v=ByChlQE8m3Q&feature=related

  • @Eye2Eye44: I assume that you are refering to Kent Hovind's mythical mammoth. Hovind quoted from USGS Professional Paper #862 by Troy Pewe entitled "Quaternary Stratigraphic Nomenclature in Unglaciated Central Alaska". This paper refers to 3 different sections of mammoth found in different places, at different times, by different people, i.e. certainly NOT remains of the same animal It's hardly surprising that the samples generated different dates.

    Quote-mining at it's finest !!

  • If you really believe the biblical flood happened as described in the bible, you need psychiatric help. You have no sense of reality.

  • Wow...and they are trying to tell us that fish and other sea animals survived this? Not all fish can live in the same water genius...

Not to mention the extremely delicate coral reefs..that would have all been destroyed. But...THAT IS WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS! So we make up the rest. Wonderful.

  • What Great Flood? Where is the evidence? There should be lots of fossils from all the dead people.

  • gregrutz, There ARE fossils of buried people in the ground.

  • There are no fossils of humans at the same level as dinosaurs.

There is no evidence of a global flood.

  • why could you say that, gregrtuz? Haven't you watched Kent Hovind's seminars? He GIVES the evidence, for crying out loud!

PS: If it wasn't for Noah's Ark, we wouldn't be here today.

  • The population of this world proves that it is a young godly created earth, and that we all descended from Noah's family.

  • So a genetic test would confirm that we are all descended from Noahs family a few thousand years ago? Why haven't YEC scientist already been able to show us something like this?

  • @jdbadboy God tinkered everyone's genes to make it look like evolution is true and the Bible is false. Actually, he did this with every single thing that might be considered evidence for the Bible, the flood, young earth and creationism.

Why? I dunno. God works in mysterious ways, too much knowledge might be bad for, and other complete BS rationalizations.

  • But they aren't buried with dinosaurs. Show us dinosaurs and people fossilized together.

  • Comment removed

  • But they aren't buried all at once by a single flood. Human fossils are found all over the world in different types of rock. Some are even preserved in layers of ash. Where is the Biblical flood layer of fossils?

  • jdbadboy, the Flood formed all those layers of strata, by hydrologic sorting (by thickness, density, color, etc.)

  • Ok, so you say the flood formed layers of strata. This means that if I were to dig deep enough I would get to layers of strata that weren't put down by the food. Where does the flood layers start and the pre-flood layers end? Shouldn't YEC scientists have been able to show us this already?

  • Go to video.google, type in "The Hovind Theory", and watch the first one at the top of the list.

  • Thanks for the link. I loved it and found it extremely informative. I even bookmarked it.

Btw, you do realize that the site completely debunks Hovind? The author of the cite uses Hovind's OWN WORDS from actual his writings and speeches and explains how Hovind has gotten in wrong. So thanks again for the link. :)

  • @Eye2Eye35: Hydrologic sorting? Did you really take any time at all to sit and think that one out? If the flood were true, we would have only the heavier coarser sediments at the bottom with finer and finer sediments as you go up the geologic column to today. You don't see that at all. What you find are fine grain shales overlaid with coarse sandstones and limestones. Your theory is crap. "Sorted by color" my ass.

  • This would have been 10x better if they had some dinosaurs walking around. :P

  • Uhh... There is no water underneath the Earth's crust... so.. err.. Yeah. >_>;

  • their is evidence that their was water within earth not to long ago and in fact some recent discovery's have supported that hypothesis.

    google"huge ocean in earth"

  • That's pretty interesting.

google "Flood on Mars Carved Instant Grand Canyon" Hehe.

This video is still stupid. ;P

  • If God made them.-- He didn`t.-- Period.

  • But you believe God exists then.

  • stevethemagicguy You believe, what primitive camel herders wrote 3.000 years ago, without any evidence, yet you discard the opinion of the brightest minds of mankind. That makes sense, doesn` it ? MAGIC !!!!!

  • I had no idea everyone was a camel herder 3,000 years ago. There must have been a lot of camels.

Yes I believe God over the opinions of the "brightest minds of mankind" since I believe God made those people. If God made them, logically God is more intelligent than them.

  • I just read the Amazon previews of Ray Comfort's new book

You Can Lead an Atheist to Evidence, But You Can't Make Him Think.

Have a look; you won't believe your eyes!

Comfort thinks that according to evolution,

man and woman evolved separately but simultaneously,

water evolved just in time for them to drink it,

and that gravity evolved just in time to hold them to the earth!

It's really the most astounding drivel I've ever seen.

    Have a look!

    Better yet, write a review!

  • stevethemagicguy You apparently believe in MAGIC, don`t you ?

  • this gives me the creeps.

it makes me wonder if the people who fight so hard to preserve the literal, historical view of this story know that the original hebrew tell-ers/hear-ers, as well as the early Christians, did NOT take this story as anything more than mythology.

let's all hope that this view of God keeps shrinking with the arrival of each new generation like we are starting to see with racism and sexism.

  • What are you talking about? How do you know this story was taken as mythology? Stories of a global flood have been spoken of in so many cultures, they must have come from some truth even setting the Biblical points aside.

  • do you mean:

"how can i research your claim, so that im not just buying into what some stranger says on the internet?"

if that is the case, then i would recommend starting with a book from Joesph Campbell to investigate the mythological elements and studying an early-Christian theologian like Origen of Alexandria who wanted to keep the Hebrew Bible out of the Christian cannon due to his (and others) fear that people would misunderstand the early mythologies, like the garden of Eden.

  • If you believe the biblical flood, you believe that your god is the most cruel, genocidal ,maniac imaginable.

  • or you haven't read that part of the Bible.

  • excellent video, not factual (because nobody really knows what it was like), but its a theory of the great flood the Bible talks about according to how it was recorded in the old testament, the most near factual theory yet!

  • The ark was 350 feet long, 75 feet wide, built by an 600 year old desert-dweller who had never seen a boat and who used trees 20-30 feet tall. By contrast, the Wyoming, one of the largest wooden ships ever, was built by the world's best shipwrights at the height of wooden ship technology as a US warship, with iron bracing throughout and the best 150 - 200 foot spruce. She was 350 feet long and promptly unusable due to warping and leakage. Gotta love that Noah!
  • So let's see... world's best shipwrights or the creator of the entire universe... who would know more about making ships and guide Noah... I give up.

  • "world's best shipwrights or the creator of the entire universe."

And you say *I* don't read the book?

Genesis chapter six specifically states that NOAH,

    not YHWH, built the boat.

  • Of course he built the ark. I believe he was guided by God. It has been said that humankind is declining intellectually since sin entered the world as part of Gods curse on creation. Meaning that the early humans created in God's image were smarter and could construct sturdy structures. In just the first couple chapters of the Bible it talks about them building cities.

  • 6,000 (8,000) years ago was not that long ago, NOT NEAR long enough ago to consider them 'early humans', it was called the Copper Age I believe. There are even religions that go back 10,000 years.

  • " In just the first couple chapters of the Bible it talks about them building cities."

And people have forgotten how to build cities?

The city of Enoch was more technologically advanced

    than New York or London?

    Wow.

  • The sad thing is, there are actually people, who believe this nonsense.

  • Exactly, and these retards mark your post as spam because they dont like hearing the truth.

  • "these retards mark your post as spam because they dont like hearing the truth."

Well, it's pretty hard to see outside the box

    when you're IN the box.

I was there, alas, and I understand that.

It's sure wonderful to escape it, though,

and walk in the freedom of reason!

  • It makes it even harder when you bury your head deep into the corner of the box to see outside of it too. Some people are just in the box, and dont talk about it dont really even care about if they are right, because it just isn't important to their lives.

Others like to try to force illogical ideas that just fail in too many directions to be even considered, and they cry that their ideas aren't looked at equally to people who have actually taken the time to learn about the real world.

  • "Bible thought the earth was flat".... explain

You are referencing supernatural events that no one has seen in the last portion of the earth's existence. Of course it doesn't make scientific sense to someone who tries hard not to believe in God.

You did get a detail wrong. Animals were made before Adam. Genesis 1 is a good read.

  • "Animals were made before Adam." Really? God makes Adam (v7) and then god makes plants (v9) and then god takes Adam and plunks him down, will he, nil he, in the middle of this "garden." (v15) And God thought he looked a bit lonely so he made EVERY animal (v19) and brought them to Adam to see if he'd like one for a wife. (!) But Adam wasn't satisfied with a mercat or a Komodo dragon (v20) so finally god made Eve (v22) and they all lived... Genesis chapter 2. As opposed to chapter 1.
  • "Bible thought the earth was flat".... explain

    "Please explain"?

Isaiah 40:22 says the earth is a CIRCLE (Hebrew CHUWG).

(DURE is Old Hebrew for "sphere", but Isaiah used CHUWG)

Daniel 4:10-11a tree that is as tall as the heavens

can be seen from everywhere on the earth

Matthew 4:8 has Jesus viewing the whole earth from a tall mountain.

Revelation 1:7 says every eye will see Jesus coming in the clouds.

Daniel, Matthew, and Revelation all require a flat earth.

    Well, either flat or bowl-shaped.

  • This world looks old because Noah's Flood messed up the real estate, big time. plain and simple.

  • but the best question of all , if it was true and god killed every on but noah's family how on earth did he repopulate the planet ,

skin colour would be a give away or did he have a chinese family African,Indian, on and on and on

not to mention the problems of close breading ,brother shouldn't have sex

with there sisters for a reason ,

  • the sad thing is, you are barely scratching the surface with everything that is wrong with the global flood concept. We have all sorts of things that flat out prove that it is impossible for noah's flood to be real, especially limiting the population to 8 people, and getting all of the monuments built afterward, and so on.

  • That is something that you can research. Much too detailed to discuss here. One proponent is melanin. Everyone has it but in various amounts. There are other bodily chemicals involved as well but the they believe that the earlier humans were a darker shade like middle eastern because their skin had the many variants that could eventually bring out the vast array of skin colors we have today over many many generations.

God put a stop to the close breeding in the old testament.

  • anyone can play with CG and make pretty video because CG is fake reality .

lets see some figures total amount of water needed . how much would this compress the atmosphere? want would the pressure at the bottom of the sea be? and why don't we see any evidence of a huge pressure change by that much water in any of geology

  • We see the movement of the continents and empty underground caverns and other geological changes. Not sure what you're questioning regarding the pressure. Are you wondering how much pressure would be needed to cause such a breaking of the ocean floor? It doesn't matter because God made it happen. It wasn't a natural occurrence.

  • stevethemagicguy ;: It wasn't a natural occurrence. NO it was magic. I f you believe the biblical flood story, the only siggestion I can make, is to consult a psychiatrist. You lost contact with reality.

  • In short, you are saying you don't believe in God. That's fine. I have to assume you bought into the ridiculous notion that disorder leads to order if you throw billions of years at it. As unbelievable as that is and how much amount faith you must have to believe that could happen given all of the intricacies of the universe, I still don't tell you to consult a psychiatrist. I just suggest visiting a church sometime.

  • Why are there so many deluded religious zealots in America?

  • It's just science fiction.

  • Ok clowns!

    1. The dark cloud is a RAIN CLOUD.

    2. The bible says in ONE DAY all the "fountains of the great deep" broke forth.

    3. It rained for 40 days and 40 nights. just like your shower lasts longer than it takes to wet your feet.

    4. The flood CONTINUED to rise for 150 days - just like a pond can continue filling after the fountain is submerged.

5.where did the water go? how deep is the sea? how tall are mountains today? the water is STILL HERE! the bible says that too. try reading!!

  • ever studied volumetrics , that much water isn't still here and if it ever was there would be a slight problem with air pressure and every one including your Noah getting the bends ,

where did all the air go??

this video is so full of holes its comical
