Continued again. One particular thing that should be done is to build high rise parking buildings, so that people dont have to park on the side of the road.
I know that most of the people are quite poor or just getting by, but i think that everyone can help restore the city in some way, with some help from lebanese, from outside tripoli such as the hariris.
Continued. Old historical buildings have been demolished or have not been restored. I think this has all occured because the people dont really have much love for their city anymore, otherwise they wouldnt litter and would urge their leaders to do something to restore tripoli to its former glory. Like look at what rafik hariri did to beirut he made it into a paradise again. The people of tripoli themselves should also work more to help their city.
Im lebanese and my familys from tripoli, went i went there a few years back people said that Tripoli was much nicer before the civil war. Tripoli hasnt changed much for probably at least 50 years. However what has happened is that there is now more traffic and cars parked on the side of the narrow streets, more rubbish in the streets, traffic has become hectic (road rules no longer enforced). Builidings have become subject to blight, such as the ones on the tal.
Long live tripoli tears had fallen through my eyes this is my city where i lived most of my life oH God plsss plssssssss post more of that beautiful city plsss...
