@nathnastyman i dont have opposing fronts, all i have is the original.. but if you go to the original game home page where you can select the campaign, you can access the campaigns of the expansions. I think as long as you have installed opposing fronts, you can access the opposing fronts campaigns from the original game menu. like i said, i dont have OF, but that might be the problem.

the two things ive have problem with is the Panzer Elite PanzerGrenadier their like supersoldiers they can upgrade too bazookas and stgs and build houses. and when i try to kill the grenadiers with my engineers they dont do shit my engineers get slaugherd. and the british infantry section just got 2 many in a squad it should be 4 not 6 ppls

what you talking bout man. the US has calliopes which are the same. yes brits are cheap and germans have a disadvantage on nearly all maps because nearly all maps have bridges. all allies do on these maps is blockade/blow up bridges and shitload of arti. meanwhile the axis are bottlenecked on the bridges and cant do shit. these kinds of games take like 2 hours because it turns into this defend attack defend attack shit. stukas are seen when attacking & so get blown up by arti if u try & use em.

it depends how you play the game, if you play the game efficently it is wrong to spam arty just as it is wrong not to have arty as the brits.. cuz PE are faster and stronger in face to face withouth any entrenchment so i would say it is balanced the two sides i mean.. but spaming against a good player on the PE side and you are a dead brit 4 sure! :))

My fav thing to do with brit arty, Get 9 artillery positions (all within range of targeted enemy base) save up 1000 munitions and just put creeping barrages throughout the base and watch the fireworks. It takes out the entire base in one blast, then just go in and secure it.

Overwatch Artillery from the Royal Canadian Artillery Tree. If the enemy goes into the overwatch area, then the shells explode above them. Atleast, that's how it worked for me.

The creeping was first used as a concept created through trail and error at the battle of loos but the infantry failed to advance behind it, it was used to great success at the battle of vimy ridge it wasnt invented there. plus no one actually "invented it" it was a concept that came into action through trial and error... it was the allies not just canada that contributed to its success.

It doesnt matter that it was a year before the war ended, they didn't know that when planning the offensive. They needed breakthroughs because russia left the war because of the revolution. America just announced its entrance to the war but would take time to mobilise. the allies needed to force a breakthrough beacuse thousands of German troops where drifting from the eastern front.

Artillery is all fun but when ure ally uses it every two seconds it gets kidna annoying. Heres a situation

Im british on this exact map and my ally is bombing the map like crazy. I tellem to take it easy with the arty and he says relax. Next thing i know im sherman rushing the enemy and his creeping barrage smoke opens up on my tanks and all i can say is *oh shit* My tanks all either got blown or damaged severely and the enemys marders just came in and killedem all. see second comment for rest

Then he said he would take it easy and ends up shooting my troops when they are about to take out an hq! Since then i hate when my allys use arty. that "lame" tactic is proven in combat. The British 25 Pounder really is the best Howitzer in WWII not for its caliber 87.6 mm is small against the 105 and 150 mm guns the germans was using. but what made it be is its outstanding rate of fire 6-8 rounds/min vs 2-4 rounds/min of the other calibers.

the most dangerous thing in the game i would have to say is the victor target. The captain for the british can call upon all the howitzers to barrage an are. range does not matter they can be just getting onto the map and barrage all the way to the end of the map. victor target with about 1o howitzers can be a deadly weapon in the hands of a good general. another good gaming tip

10 howitzers is 110 popcap right thre (11 each). What kind of Axis player allows that to happen? He would proably suricide rush to shreck ur batteries or use tanks. THe most howitzers I made was 8 10
