The movie is called Avenging Force, another Michael Dudikoff/Steve Jones affair in the vein of American Ninja. I'm guessing they saw some kendo and thought "Pfft, I could do that, let's do some of that in a film, it's kinda cool". I uploaded it for amusement though, if it helps :)
