  • korn's kinda wack, you should probably consider acclimating a new favorite band. especially since pearl jam came out before korn and is still respected, meanwhile korn fans are comparable to juggalos...irrelevant.

  • @muyExxcellentte LMAO!!!!! so does that mean I get to call Korn fans "Kornafags?" or does "afag" part only work with "jugafags"?

Ignorant Cumguzzling Prickscukers: Faggot Deepthroat and Violent Gay....'cause how gay are they? They're violently gay.

  • my dad complains about how the 90s was shity nolife music simply bc he grew up in the 80s.. now im normally a slayer fan and hardcore punk/thrash lover but i alwayss make sure i fit some good ol grunge in there u can feel this shit in ur soul man.

  • @rainingbloodonu Tell your dad that if he wants to be so negative, he should listen to 90's rock. 80's rock was campy hair bands and more about the light shows than the music itself.

  • whoever that one person who disliked this doesnt have any music taste

  • List Time!

If you have come to Grunge through PJ and Nirvana, check out their buddies (often literally, like The Melvins and TAD):

TAD (The Godfather of Grunge, probably the most influencial and creative, alongside Green River)

    TAD - Leafy Incline

    watch?v=fS3daWvX45U

Green River (some went the Black Sabbath route, they took Punk/The Stooges)

    Green River - Baby Takes

    watch?v=NWqY8Okokl4

  • (Continued 1)

My Sisters Machine (their stuff sounds underwritten at first listen, but it is all about the energy bursts - think Black Flag)

MSM - Hands Feet (Live at the Offramp, 1991)

    watch?v=Mhbg0vKwYKo

The Melvins - A History Of Bad Men - putting the BAD in badass

    watch?v=oolwsWexSzQ

Alice In Chains (5:20 KILLS) - Love Hate Love

    watch?v=l9jX1KAKp78

  • (Continued 2)

Soundgarden - Tighter & Tighter (Kim Thayal's guitar solo is psychedelic, and best listened to when high - excellent still photography too)

    watch?v=SHmBz9T7ml0

Lovebattery (acid grunge, or as Sub Pop put it - "blotter not included")

    Lovebattery - Out Of Focus

    watch?v=_6LB0MQI4V4

    Lovebattery - Between The Eyes

    watch?v=L4rYIyCZNTc

  • im a huge PJ fan. but sorry guys, eddies voice don't have much to do with this song being amazing. listen to mike's opening riff. that's dissident right there.

  • EVERY single time!! the first 3 seconds without sound are making me put way too much decibels!!!! matter of fact, there is no such a thing as too much decibels when it comes to pearl jam.. cool.

  • I think that one dislike was probably a misclick. Prolly my favorite Pearl Jam tune.

  • Just why is Eddie Vedder so amazing?

  • i love this song! its just a spirit lifter for me on a bad day...well all rock music is...thank you rock gods! thanks for kurt and eddie and so on! thanks thanks

  • mrceebees: every single word you said...it's the same for me!:-(

  • Best song ever. Worst video ever.

  • What a tune. Eddie Vedder has so much soul in his voice!! This what Ive been saying about new music, even the good indy music lacks soul and conviction. I've been a dissident since I was born, this song gives the voiceless a voice. Thanx for posting.

  • takes me well back, I was a teenager once.

  • one of there best tracks!!!!

  • can anyone ever get sick of this song. Cause I Cant!

  • I was born in 90. Perfect year. I grew up listening to this stuff. Fuckin got imbedded into my brain. 90s was one of the best generations of music. Pearl jam, sublime, nirvana, foo fighters, smashing pumpkins, social distortion. Just that nice hard punk/grunge sound. Fuckin miss that shit...

  • @bradleyjames83 I was born in '82 and I think that was even better. I grew up with all the naive and (bad) 80s music when I was a kid and could enjoy it, then once I was a teenager I got to grow up with grunge. It was a nice transition.

  • temasssoooooooooooooo

  • getting stoned to pearl jam in high school with my friends where some of the best times I've ever had.

  • time is out, what a release even if I loose, well we all lose uah uah uah.

can t say there wasn t feel though, maibe too many; well anyway I still feel I need to finish the experiment, for me, I can t leave it incomplete, and then well whatever I do not care anymore. I know now that love does not exist so we are heading nowhere but in a very fast way eh eh.

poor chomsky never had a moment of peace in his life and it was all useless, you cant beat intelligent stupidity aired 24/7 with a book?

  • hey ima 12 yr old i llike this!

  • Early 90's were my college days, we had a-lot of fun back then and a-lot of it had to do with Grunge. Being a kid who didn't like a-lot of the 80's music, when Nirvana, Pearl Jam, STP, Sound Garden came out, it was love at first note for me. To this day when I hear these songs I get chills, miss those days.

Great song, ty for the upload.

  • @mrceebees14 I'm 25 and grew up on this stuff in the 90's

I feel bad for kids today

    its all gaga and bieber

    sad really

  • @twistedschism716 We are basically raising a generation of pussies with all of the social restrictions.

Lucky I lived through this era, it was beyond good.

  • @mrceebees14 I don't know if your screename has anything to do with the real sea bee's but my grampa was one in WWII
