@PandolfsParade Yeah, Second Opinion is a remake of UTK but it has an extra chapter, that takes place after UTK, and has an extra Z chapter that features Naomi Kimishima as another doctor

lifesigns was great. have you ever played lux-pain? it deserves better ratings then it has in my opinion. best game ever, its just like lifesigns, with a cool anime twist.

Oh yes.  It is an emulator, all right.

Fast switching is due to slow emulator and smooth recording. Mini TAS, minus frame advance and heavy savestate abuse.

By looking at it, it looks more like LifeSigns: Surgical Unit. In case you don' know, LifeSigns is like Phoenix Wright mixed with Trauma Center, minus the awesomeness that is G.U.I.L.T.
