Nah, with the straight pipes, it sounds like it's been tuned and upgraded to full time racecar level. The stock sound is really nice, since it's a bit more smoother. I know what you mean about the straight pipes though, getting on the on ramp would wake me up for sure every morning.

the standard A8L is a great car, great ride good gas mileage nice looking, esp. with the 19'' wheels, and it costs like 80gran new. i paid 110 or 107 for my S8, and after like 3 weeks was totally bored. for having a huge V10 it was fast my 335i steptronic beat it till like 100mph for less than half the $ plus the S8 rode like shit, and the aluminum chassis would flex and cause the fenders to not align anymore. and had some other issues they couldnt find since they had so few to reference it to

the chassis to my gallardo was made in germany by audi, it is an all aluminum spaceframe.. patented by audi.. lol the rest is italian  well aside from the fact that it has the same radio as my S4 and RS4 lol and the same climate control as my S8.. but no complaint here, just means i never had to relearn how to use it hahaa
