I've been seeing billboards for this along the highway lately, yet had no clue what it was about. Horrible advertising. (NOTE: I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED ABOUT WORKING WITH EXIT REALTY. ANY SUCH CONTACT WILL RESULT IN ME REPORTING YOU TO THE FTC.)
Exit is a scam. I worked for them. They charged a $100/mo office fee. I had to pay an annual fee of something like $300 and I only got 70% of the commission LESS a check processing fee. Doesn't sound like it is such a deal. When I'd go on listing appointments, people would ask about the 'silly name' and I would give the spiel that 'exit is the most used.....' Worst thing I ever did. (PS: I was at Steve's house in Toronto after one of the Brokers tours-what an ass)
@threemmm I guess you just didn't work hard enough. I bet you're with some 6 or 8% franchise fee company. This is the real deal, I make on average $4000 a month in residuals. I'm just getting started
