"Bravo" I reckon the setting helps alot and playing this in a stone building makes sooo much the difference but as I say that playing it on top of a Mountain would be just as good.
It is total ear candy and I love it.

Invece a me piace anche ammirare l'architettura e anzi ritengo noiosi i video in cui non si vede altro che l'orchestra.Musica e architettura sono due Arti che vanno di pari passo, ascoltare la musica e contemporaneamente ammirare l'architettura fa sì che entrambe si valorizzino a vicenda.Provate ad esempio ad entrare in una cattedrale gotica mentre suona l'organo a tutta potenza:resterete incantati laddove note e forme artistiche si fondono in un'unica emozione.
The video deserves much more than just two lines. It´s great to get to watch a Carmignola´s video. He is definitely the best baroque violin player, no doubt. A me anche piacerebbe guardare di piú. Grazie mile per questo video
Thanks for posting this video (nice church, for starters). Keep them coming if you have more, please! I much prefer Carmignola's earlier version with the Sonatori to the later recording on Sony of this piece. Too flashy, and wooly sound. Sadly, an Italian bank has recently given him a Stradivari, and I fear that we may not hear that wonderful hoarse voice of his previous violin anymore. Check out his recording of Locatelli if you want to hear that violin.
