  • Carmignola is my hero!

  • very nice pretty church pretty light

  • visit Sonatori's fan page on Facebook! with pictures of the back stage and news!

  • Cool!!

  • "Bravo" I reckon the setting helps alot and playing this in a stone building makes sooo much the difference but as I say that playing it on top of a Mountain would be just as good.

It is total ear candy and I love it.

To the very talented musicans, I take my hat off to you all. :)

    "Bravo"

    xoxo

  • Wonderful.

  • You chauvinistic frog. Just admit that Carmignola is number 1.

  • I'm neither chauvinistic nor frog, rosbif.

    I'm just realistic.

    salame........

  • Thank you! Carmignola plays so beautifully, and he's so handsome too!

  • The video deserves much more than just two lines. It´s great to get to watch a Carmignola´s video. He is definitely the best baroque violin player, no doubt. A me anche piacerebbe guardare di piú. Grazie mile per questo video

  • Wonderful! I prefer too this version to the one recorded on Sony with Venice Baroque Orchestra

  • gracias. ¡Que enrgia divina! chbt

  • Carmignola is the best in Le Quattro Stagioni...

  • Grande Carmignola indeed! I agree with you: he's really the best in Le Quattro Stagioni

  • @medre

    Yes! Yes, he is....

  • at 1;07 the cellos rip some scales apart. its so awesome.

  • its so fast

  • HE CAN

  • Thanks for posting this video (nice church, for starters). Keep them coming if you have more, please! I much prefer Carmignola's earlier version with the Sonatori to the later recording on Sony of this piece. Too flashy, and wooly sound. Sadly, an Italian bank has recently given him a Stradivari, and I fear that we may not hear that wonderful hoarse voice of his previous violin anymore. Check out his recording of Locatelli if you want to hear that violin.

  • @leonieseliger regardless of what instrument he uses carmignola always treats us to magnificent interpretations
