Plane crash in Shanghai 'kills three'

I was there yesterday, saw whole bunch of smoke, terrible sight. I am sure this damn plane was overloaded like crazy, assuming that it was going from Shanghai to Bishkek. One thing I am not certain about is why entire crew was American in some third world country old plane?

All 4 pilots on that plane were former colleagues and 2 were friend. I flew large cargo aircraft for 10 years, and have been flying for over 40 years. You obviously know absolutely nothing about aviation--who are you to make absurd presumptuous comments like that. These professional pilots were working for this company because of the sad state of the US economy and the lack of positions on US airlines, as are many others in this industry. Your comments disgust me!!!!

I understand the reason why these pilots were employed by some foreign company, it does make sense now, why such anger though?

As for plane being overloaded, I still think it was the case. How else it would catch the runway with its tail, if it was not too tail heavy?

all these fucking planes are designed by USA...the worst planes in history are mcdonell douglas...dc series, they crash the most among big planes. cessna and other small puckers are flying death traps.

americans can't even make a good plane like a380 (airbus) or concorde

speaking of concorde, the concorde crashed because investigation found a mcdonell douglas plane's ejected sharp part was in the path of the concorde, that ruptured its tire, caused the tire fragment to hit the fuel tank at high velocity, and thus leaking the fuel into frayed electrical wires near the wing (also caused by the flying debris from the mcdonell douglas part), creating sparks and igniting the engine causing the plane to crash.
